I was a winning player for my first 4k games on GGpoker, ever since its been straight down. During this "downswing" I have been offered a name change 6 times in less than 18 months. Are they trying to hide big losing players?

Yes , here are the 3 most recent messages offering me a nick change from April, May and July of this year. Older messages than that appear to have been deleted within the client.

Its almost like they're trolling me too. "Trouble in poker land lately!?" LOL

There is something deeply corrupt and wrong going on at GGPoker and their cheating council or whatever that is was clearly just a distraction.

Interested to hear thoughts and further analysis.

Looking at those Satellite graphs I'm guessing Sharkscope can't process winnings when they are in "MTT Ticket" form, so shows it them as losses, with the occasional small cash when they bubble the ticket prizes.

bump

This weekend they were showing supposedly ''600k players connected''

PS was running 10M MTTs after FTP takeover, while they were the very only game in town. But I don't think even at those days they went above, 500k ?
And those tournaments were not won by fresh accounts from China roflmao

Now I am not saying there are 100s of thousands of superuser bots. Wait you guys, think they fixed it, now

You know that the same old hole cards hack was first reported couple years ago. It not a bug, it a feature

What I am thinking is, it is just another big number which the real owner of this endeavor. Whoever that mysterious person may really be.

Does another line and says.. ''Put.. put, '' 600 000 players '' lol.....''

The math is bad there. That's one thing the math supports. I don't know, it's just bizarre how it's always big spots where **** goes bananas. I know it has replaced pokerstars essentially.

Even with close to 1k players in the pool this looks like chipdumping to win the prop and split the winnings. Probably with few players. Fold 24/7 untill you meet your mate and make a bin. Props to op though for spotting this.

When the props started there were spins regs losing on purpose at the 25c games to get a low elo rating and making a prop to grind it up. Obv they crushed them. Would never participate in a prop where I don't know the player.

Don't know if this qualifies for shady but in the future you might get banned for running a tracker while playing gg. Like probably majority of the mtt players does. This seems like a dumb take trying to push players not playing other sites at the same time. I mean trackers don't interact with gg client at all.

Yeah and the new updated SEP also pretty clearly bans using RNG software while playing as well. Never used one, but I know many streamers and youtubers who do.

pretty sure its some kind of software exploit. there is probably something you can do with a table when you cash out that leaves your funds in limbo. Then you place the bet and reverse what ever you did to create the situation in the first place.

some slot machine exploits work in a similar way.

yea so whats the point of such a silly rule. RNGs dont turn people into poker gods in the first place and it seems unenforceable. Are they going to ban poker books next ?

Do whales even care about being bum hunted ? The ones ive seen just punt money without a care in the world. I have a theory that its mainly mis regs that are outraged by bum hunting. Terrified someone will get those whale bucks before they do

That's crazy if true, can you quote the part that says this? I can't find it

Who said i was bum hunter. Im not i play on acr and its literally not possible. So try again and my question still stands who is it that's so concerned about bum hunting. I see threads all the time talking about how we need to protect the recs/bums as if they're some type of endangered species. Dont kid yourself anti bum hunting has nothing to do with helping the bums its all about protecting a resource. Thank of it this way i saw a youtube video a while back. A guy was hunting deer and a pack wolves came in and scared the deer off. He shoots and kills a wolf.

I think this one from reddit deserves much more interest. Tl:dr: player wins 30 stacks at nl2 in 32min. he had a prop bet for this (make 30 stacks at nl2 withing one day, 145$ possible win). So he made around 205$ or 410$/h, at nl2. Ez.

My gut feeling tells me it's impossible to colude yourself to 30 stacks in a pool with 1000 players in 32 min (!). Thats the time that acc needed to finish the challenge.

This is again beyond ridic. Either it's the most insane chip dumping with probably multiple accounts, how come gg security doesn't detect this automatically.

Did some quick math and I came up with the odds of one meeting one specific player (colluding acc/friend) again at a zoom table (1000 people in pool) beeing roughly 0.5% per table. Even if you assume a table change, really quick clicking the fold button, would only take 2sek. In 32min you would still only be sitting with your "friend" roughly 5 times. So max that could have been won is 5 stacks.

He won 6x that...

If you calc with 5 "friends" (chip dumping accounts) it still would only be 24 times you would meet someone you know.

So if this was chip dumping, it was done with 10 accs or so, lol.

Or what seems also very possible, another software flaw.

Most likely the pool gets flooded with maybe hundreds of bots for these challenges. This or another bug imo.
