Based on the comments from the reddit gg it seems that you can use trackers while playing gg. They don't interact with the client.

This is misleading, technically I think you can have a tracker in the background, but it’s not allowed to overlay anything or display stats on top of the gg client, I’d suggest if you want to avoid being banned you just don’t have any software open period.

I had 4 tournaments running when I guess my internet disconnected for couple of seconds. Three of the tables started running again but one kept frozen. I restarted the software but couldn't login for the next 1,5 hours even though my connection was fine. Restarted the computer and everything, re-installed the software, tried with my other computer, nothing.

They don't reimburse anything because "the problem was my connection". About $3500 in EV gone with the wind. Didn't even get the buy ins back.

What a joke of a site this is.

Micro disconnections do totally * up the client and sometimes you can't re/login for hours for no known reason.

It should tell smthing, how little a gambling site boasting hundreds of mirrions puts into basic software quality/ integrity
