Just fwiw, I am the editor of Poker Industry PRO and do not deal with the editorial coverage on pokerfuse at all.
As an aside, and talking generally, Its a difficult subject to cover both sides with speed, when there is little information beyond GG's blog post. These things take time. For example, A lot of tweets from players have been deleted etc. I do not believe we've had a player who has been banned reach out to us with their story (but I could be wrong, see above, I do not know what is being worked on day-to-day at pokerfuse. We have genuine editorial separation).
Edit: I just wanted to add, the coverage so far is only (understandably) from GGPoker's side. Their blog post is the only information that has been made public. Everything else is rumor. In that respect, as it stands, it's a positive GGPoker story - "GG bans accounts of cheaters" - they aren't negative headlines. So I wouldn't cry foul and say that poker news media bias is impacting a lack of coverage.
So, as an example, if we take a look at CA's article. CA is, to the best of my knowledge, in no way affiliated with GG. So there is no reason to believe any bias one way or the other with their coverage.
If you look at their one article, I think one would conclude that it is very positive for GG.
- "the raft of measures outlined by the company are indicative of a full and thorough investigation. "
- "GGPN have taken this breach of RTA security very seriously indeed."
- "Again, it looks like GGPN have done the right thing."
- "GGPN have taken the right steps in the right way."
- "Players have been cheating and therefore they aren’t owed their winnings. Poker fans – and this includes recreational poker players – should be pleased with the level of security measures GGPN have employed. "
So you can clamor for more coverage from sites, but note that this is what coverage looks like right now.

As noted, I covered this on Twitter personally at the time, which reaches a lot more people than any article I could write (~60,000 impressions on the thread, last I looked, and that doesn't include things like this thread here). So I'm certainly not burying anything.
