A friend of mine got the warning from gg. He's in a cfp and playing 100nl so I very much doubt he's using rta. Seems like gg are targeting good play to me.

Scamming online poker players is so easy. It's like taking money from a baby, but the baby is a fully grown adult idiot. I mean, just log in and give them your money and save everyone the time.

They can ban anyone they like, that's their prerogative as a private business. There is always an assumption by poker players that the site owes them something, either rake back, the right to earn a living (lol) or sometimes a voice in how the business is run... The fact that they even give a warning is generous - so not sure why people get so upset.

If you don't like what a poker site is doing, play somewhere else. And if you really don't like what they doing, start your own poker site - I am sure you will smash it....

Phil Glafonds Run It Once (a site that was supposed to be different and rival the best, with the strapline "A place for the professional to make a living") had a huge 16 players on average in the last 7 days. Ranked 57th from 60 poker sites. Seems like that is going well. Sure the shareholders are happy with that outcome.

I love Asia before I say this. But there are going to be a ton of players they're going to have to catch doing something fishy. Look at pokerstars. Look at PartyPoker.

Still doesn't to my knowledge have MTTS, these draw casual players since they offer huge prizes. I think that's the biggest problem together with not having enough players in the pool since they accept players only from certain countries.

The site might take off in US when poker becomes legal hopefully, it has rly clean UI and features like splash the pot (extra money added at the begging) which encourage action.

Just had a look and they added something similar to spin and go so it looks like the site is still in development and I think it's moving in the right direction.

GG doesn't allow any third party software afaik. They provide their own Hud and stats

I am new to 2+2 but this has to be the dumbest post every written. How can you be so dumb? Seriouisly, just because someone can do it doesn't mean that it is ethical or the right thing to do. ANYONE WHO DEPOSITS MONEY ON A POKER SITE SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE A DEPOSIT, PLAY AND NOT WORRY ABOUT THEIR ACCOUNT BEING CLOSED AND FUNDS SEIZED BECAUSE THEY RAN GOOD OR ARE SUPERIOR PLAYERS.

that's not true, I have a verified account with GGPoker and I tried to cash out last week and they wouldn't let me. I made a deposit with Coinpayments with bitcoin. Then when I went to cash out, I was unable to because they have a daily limit of $500 but a minimum of $1000. This is obviously impossible and makes withdrawals impossible. I contacted support asking why as a verified account can I not cash out and they told me I needed to withdraw a minimum of $1,000 which is insane.

I'm a mid-stakes NL-HE reg and used to play few years back when the site wasnt "that popular".
Personally never had any issues but i heard about many cases.. ofcourse there are always two sides to it but it is not a coincidence that those stories keep coming.

Found the whole system very shade, including that rake-back system and everything that goes along with that site.

I guess if you are winning reg and you are making money on that site.. doesnt matter how you are making the money, wether pre or post- RB

you should be buying a camera, placing it behind your back and recording every single session.. its really crazy that these things keep happening, there are definitely some people that are cheating and using illegal tools but also innocent players that are getting warned with no certain evidence.


Simple solution, stop playing on that site - we are fortunate enough that there are many other poker sites with great traffic, that was my conclusion, i stopped and never came back.
