In the HCL report (https://hustlercasinolive.com/j4report/) released December 14th it says “On the advice of legal counsel, polygraph testing was not conducted.”
How can both of these statements be true?
To be fair, as worded, they can both be true. They could have asked initially, been denied or even accepted, and then on the advice of counsel not actually conducted.
Bit of a convenient conclusion though to her being unwilling to take one with Bulletproof unless everyone else took one. Which was never going to happen. Also weird that even late into the investigation we heard Bulletproof and HCL were still asking her to take their poly if legal counsel advised against it.
I would assume they had legal counsel to begin all this, so why were they ok with the poly for most of the investigation, and then at the very end when she was still unwilling, they "advised" them not to conduct it?
