I mean, Robbi was wearing the same sunglasses that Vertucci always wears on the stream.

If someone thinks this thread is about victory (i.e., some must win and some must lose), instead of a search for truth, then someone has lost the plot completely ... in this thread and possibly in life too.

Other than the Robbi cheating on J4o hand being a nothing burger and the thread subsequently forking into a number of conspiracy theories centered around Hustler Casino colluding with HCL to deal dirty card games, no there's no updates at all.

Yes, but the question we all have been asking ever since the case broke is do Vertucci and Robbi wear the same anal beads?

Until we know this there can never be a breakthrough in the case.

With respects, I think you're way over-thinking the situation. Hustler Casino has a gaming license worth many tens of millions of dollars and if they felt there was a risk to their license, IMHO they would want this matter investigated and resolved to closure within a matter of days, a week or two at most. The fact that the Hustler games have continued unabated since the GA-Robbi J4o hand, aside from any hardening steps that may or may not have been enabled behind the scenes, is evidence that the casino has concluded their games are fundamentally sound, legit and don't represent any risk to their license which is "temporary" and up for renewal next year.

You're probably right that their license isn't at risk over this. That should indicate something totally different than your conclusion though.

Yikes. GodsFavHuman out here with his alt. I was just saying that you can't trust the government, especially in Cali. At the end of the day, HCL is going to be proven to be a scam, and unless they can show the world how they fit into a bigger picture, the people responsible for the show are probably pretty ****ed.

Again, the fatal flaw of circular reasoning.
"The fallacy of the petitio principii, lies in its dependence on the unestablished conclusion. Its conclusion is used, albeit often in a disguised form, in the premises which support it" (How to Win Every Argument: The Use and Abuse of Logic, 2015)

Don't bother dude is handicapped and having an episode. Keeps telling everyone how he is going to put them into jail over HCL, lmfao.

It's not a logical fallacy. We're getting the hand history. They're setting the decks. They can present this as a feature of poker that's existed since before the poker boom (and possibly responsible for it), or they can fall on the sword. I don't really care which. I gave them an out. We'll have proof which streams are fair and which aren't soon. Maybe one day we'll be able to secure off stream poker too. HCL adjacent companies are going to be put in a pretty tough spot shortly, and maybe some other streams too.

So here's to three, six, twenty-four more postings of the long version, and forty-eight or so of the short. Thank you Sir.

I'm disapponted that Koshoko did not deliver the goods. He was supposed to expose everyone. Sad

Koalapete, fwiw I'm just ****ing around. There's not a whole lot to be serious about at this point in this thread.

I don't think Russ G was ever shown to be a flat out liar but he would indiscriminately mix things that he had firsthand knowledge of with things he had heard distant echoes of rumors about.

Seems too easy

Did he wear those only for final table?

Will rewatch that final table soon, but he was too smart to do anything that would look fishy in retrospect
