I disagree completely. In order to maintain game integrity, less restraint should be taken in regards to identifying and outing cheaters, not more. Cheating is rampant throughout the poker world, in large part because people just turn a blind eye to it.
Also, it's not so easy to actually prove that a cheater is cheating. Hell, even with Postlegate where there were hundreds of hours of footage of him staring at his crotch and playing hands funny in such a way that netted him a ridiculous amount of money, there was no definitive proof and the exact cheating method was never definitively identified. That being said, hopefully Hustler is being more helpful with the investigation than Stones appeared to be back then.
Regardless, if you think someone might be cheating then you should speak up. To not speak up is a license for these cheaters to continue doing what they are doing.
