Seems this report is just a some character assassination and innuendo to try and justify the j4 allegation. sorry you will need more than that.

Facts

There's a lot of new major evidence, the most important of which is:

1. Bryan, one of the people with unrestricted access to real-time card information, was a known problem gambler
2. RIP and Robbi have been accused of being huge liars and scammers/angle-shooters by people who know them, both inside and outside of poker
3. Nick V, who runs the game, has a problematic history of selling scam guru courses that ruined the lives of many people (and has no remorse, even now)
4. Bryan modified his workplace setup to have better access to the real-time feed, while also masking himself from the security cameras

As I've started to suspect earlier today, it's looking like there was an actual cheating ring at HCL and not just an isolated hand benefitting from some sort of info. A lot of Team Robbi people are no longer very confident that any of this was above board.

Garrett at first I thought you had over reacted. I fully admit that.

But after seeing the events of today....I am 100% of the belief that you ... and others were cheated.

Read my post earlier today about Robbie being signaled using a 'love sense' similar to what chat ur bate girls use for donations on porn sites.

It completely fits with her chair shaking and her stomach twitching.

if we are making character assessments based on past history like Garrett is to Beanz/Jacob/Rabia then Nittuci has to be guilty as sin if Garrett is logically consistent and this report isnt rooted entirely in self interest and protecting his golden goose.

All of this is pure speculation and horseshit. All we know for fact is...

1) she called you BEHIND in the hand. You were ahead at that point. Why would anyone on earth make that call at that point if they were cheating? Why would you not wait for a better spot where they are clearly ahead, not behind or a coin flip?

2) She gave back the money. What person has anyone ever met that runs a scam would just give the money ****ing back. Are you seriously that sheltered garrett in your life? Maybe so, but ends up the only one scamming somenone here was you.

3) You cried like a bitch off screen and confronted her with another person and demanded your money back.

Those are the only known facts. Otherwise we see robbie and rip talking across the table. Were they probably playing each soft, sure, but I saw no one pick anything up or look at a secret device.

During the game in question RIP is wearing a white Richard Mille watch that's easily worth more than 100K. It's quite possibly a fake, but Nik Airball can be seen wearing a watch that looks strikingly similar on his twitter account.

My point being that I think Nik is likely involved in the cheating scheme/got duped somehow.

The video of RIP mouthing to Robbi that was indicated in Garrett’s post is fishy as hell. Nodding his head to the door. Oh boy. How many people were in on this scam? Doesn’t appear to me that RIP was worried about being caught on camera.

Her interview with Haralabob and Deeb on Ingraham's podcast will be the stuff of poker meme legend right up there with cyril mouly and trup qq.

Full disclosure I am a fan of the show and watch almost every Hustler episode (including Robbi's first two appearances + the 3rd which the J4o hand happens). I have to say even with all the information that we now have I am still having difficulty moving over the 50% guilty or non-guilty threshold.

Looking at Garret's post, he is now walking back the "She is 100% guilty of cheating" to lesser more vague accusations. I find that a bit strange.

I have been playing poker online and live for 20+ years, obviously, Garrett is one of the top players in the game but I really can't see how he is so sure. His post does not really contain anything actually substantial. There is no real evidence Robbi cheated and it seems like conjecture and assumptions. When accusing someone of cheating in this matter I think a degree of caution should be exercised.

The main factor that shows Robbi is not cheating or possibly not even capable of cheating is watching all of the hands. You can say "hey she was out with Rip at Javier's at this time or w/e ) but it all comes down to the hands. If you review all of her hands from the 3 appearances on Hustler Casino live ( around 15 hours? ) there is only one suspicious hand that could be explained in a number of ways.

Look at all of the hands and show me one other example that she is cheating. She calls while drawing dead, pays off the river with AA behind, and bluffs into good hands.

Robbi could very well be completely innocent of using a device/ 3rd party signals to cheat. I hope to god you have proof, Garrett, because this is going to follow you for the rest of your life if you are wrong.

I started at "not guilty" thinking people were overindexing on Postle incident being in their heads. Now up to 90% guilty and I'm pretty sure we get to 100% conclusive in the next 2 weeks, likely much faster given the IQ of the characters involved and Joey's marathon streams.
