Nick Vertucci has done two shows with Robbi on his youtube channel. They were mostly bs, tho there were some hilarious moments. Like when Robbi claimed that she plays $5k/$10k private games in Miami and when Nick was "asking for a friend" if Robbi will start an onlyfans. One relevant takeaway that I remember is Nick revealed that “a random 3rd party person” with “really good intelligence” told Nick that the place Robbi went to get the lie detector test will let people retake the test until they pass. Nick also made it seem like the 3rd party person said that Robbi did in fact take the test a couple times because she initially failed.

Bit of a convenient conclusion though to her being unwilling to take one with Bulletproof unless everyone else took one. Which was never going to happen. Also weird that even late into the investigation we heard Bulletproof and HCL were still asking her to take their poly if legal counsel advised against it.
I would assume they had legal counsel to begin all this, so why were they ok with the poly for most of the investigation, and then at the very end when she was still unwilling, they "advised" them not to conduct it?
HCL had legal counsel since at least October 6th.

I would love to hear a lawyer's opinion on if there is a legitimate legal reason for why a law firm would initially support polygraph testing, and then change their mind a month later. I have a feeling the answer is 'no', but regardless, I'm sure this is another cop out by Nick.
I bet what happened is that on November 3rd, Nick still had hope that Robbi was innocent. But by December 14th, Nick realized that Robbi definitely cheated.

And that's not really conducive to building a welcoming environment for high stakes players anyway.
Rip offered to let Nick search his bag and Robbi's bag on the night of the J4 incident and Nick refused. That is what you do when you don't really want to find anything. Nick wouldn't have found anything, but the fact that he was afraid to look says a lot.
