I was on the more likely than not cheated side and still am. Nothing has really changed in the situation, and nothing has explained the numerous suspicious events and falsehoods she told.
When I said the report ended as expected, that's in reference to the fact that the majority of people on both sides of the issue expected them not to find any conclusive evidence. But as mentioned in the report itself, it's still possible cheating did occur, and they found many vulnerabilities that would allow it to take place, they just didn't find evidence it happened.
The best and possibly only time to find conclusive evidence would have been the night of the incident, but understandably IMO they didn't pursue it that aggressively. HCL doesn't have the authority to detain, interrogate, and search players based on an accusation by another player alone. And that's not really conducive to building a welcoming environment for high stakes players anyway.
