At least you can't.

It's funny how the "Vertucci is cheating" opinion is so prevalent that the only way to counter it is to call you unoriginal.

So prevalent

Did the party that spent $10k+ on this investigation ever spend $10 to get the police report?
01-28-2023 , 05:26 PM
Was Nick Vertucci/HCL caught lying?

In LA Times article by Andrea Chang from November 3rd (https://www.latimes.com/business/sto...igation-update),
“Vertucci said the show’s lawyers have asked Lew to take a polygraph test commissioned by the investigation and is waiting for a reply”

In the HCL report (https://hustlercasinolive.com/j4report/) released December 14th it says “On the advice of legal counsel, polygraph testing was not conducted.”

How can both of these statements be true?

Haven’t kept up with this story of late. Anybody who’s not a troll mind sharing any details since the HCL report came out that ended as expected? I’m assuming nothing much from a brief scroll through recent pages.

Simple.

The show’s lawyers and the lawyers for Bulletproof disagreed and the latter prevailed.

My “not a troll alert” came up and looks like I’m needed. But first I need for you to explain why you say the report came out as expected.

It just appears it didn’t come out as you had hoped. The hero in this hand Gman said HCL not involved. People cheat in poker, a rogue EE signaling a bunch of cheaters would not have ended HCL. Kind of like how the Astros cheating did not end MLB. Thanks

To be fair, as worded, they can both be true. They could have asked initially, been denied or even accepted, and then on the advice of counsel not actually conducted.

Bit of a convenient conclusion though to her being unwilling to take one with Bulletproof unless everyone else took one. Which was never going to happen. Also weird that even late into the investigation we heard Bulletproof and HCL were still asking her to take their poly if legal counsel advised against it.

I would assume they had legal counsel to begin all this, so why were they ok with the poly for most of the investigation, and then at the very end when she was still unwilling, they "advised" them not to conduct it?
01-28-2023 , 11:20 PM
Lol why would she ever take another poly

She takes poly and passes, the chorus chants “not admissible in court!”

Plenty of good reasons for Robbi to have taken the poly with Bulletproof.

Whether there's good reason to be suspicious or not, clearly there were many people suspicious of the results from her examiner, and the events around it. And she should have been more confident of passing the second time after passing the first time if she's innocent.

Taking that poly with Bulletproof would have given the results and her A LOT more credibility. That's just a fact. Multiple people in this thread alone said it could have swayed them away from thinking she might have cheated, to thinking she didn't.

The polygraph she took was clearly bs.

Did you cheat?

Robbi- no

Did you conspire to commit cheating

Also robbi - no

As I recall it she colluded with rip soft playing him which is a form of cheating.

Inconclusive.

And she, like vast amounts of poker players in the world, don’t consider soft playing to be cheating. The lie detector test gauges what you believe.

None that I can see really, and she doesn’t need to nor can possibly prove innocence anyway.

Besides I thought GMan had the proof?

But I’m still amused that a passed lie detector test is almost made to seem to be a knock against her since it was “suspicious!!”. She’s just free rolling herself with future tests

Literally the most direct and relevant questions possible lol. Keep coping, How long has it been now? You realize the longer it goes the less likely its possible to keep a conspiracy a secret right? apparently all these scum bags and degens are just capable of keeping this secret rather than sell it for some cash or getting 250k rewards. lol

Weren't you on the she cheated side? How did the report end as expected if they concluded she didn't cheat?
