I have 0.00$ in available balance and when I pull up my past transactions the last three are just rake backs from may 30, may 20, and April 15. I'm starting to get really concerned about this because I had a large 4 figures in there. Is anyone in this same situation? They have to have our balances as of BF somewhere in a database right???

I have a balance on FTP that is not insignificant.

I also have a not insignificant balance in fpp, uncleared bonuses, ironman medals etc.

I am glad the PPA asked for a clarification on whether or not we will get value for fpp.

If we wait longer to get it, but we GET it, I'm quite fine with that. And at this point, it's been two years, I'm fine with waiting for them to even figure it out. And yes, the money I have on there is a significant amount to me, but I want it all if I can get it. I put the time in, I worked hard to get what I had on there. Give me what I'm owed.

I don't have this under my Promotions tab. I had to redownload FTP a couple days ago, could this account for the difference?

In the transactions I have a 4 figure withdrawal showing as a check received after Black Friday. I can't even get the report open showing my balance. I don't know how its working for everyone else. Back after Black Friday when I was bitching that the withdrawals in limbo should be fixed everyone told me to put on a tin foil hat and of course FTP would fix it. How did that work out ?

Every financial transaction has documentation. If you requested a withdrawal from Full Tilt pre-Black Friday or on Stars today, those should be easily tied back to a financial transaction if not several. The money doesn't just disappear. I'm not saying there won't be problems with balances and things, but I would think all of it for each player should be able to have it sorted out assuming Full Tilt didn't lose or destroy records and even if they did, I'm no expert, but I think it would still be possible to track down what someone is rightfully owed.

i had money in my account too and it now shows $0. I was assuming this was normal for usa players and that they have on record what was in our account. I hope so.

they made me change my sn and p.w. i show my points and 0 balance. pretty sure they did that for every american

Yes. All American players will have $0.00.

You have to request your balance history, and then hope you either made a panic withdrawal on April 15th or had a recent enough transaction so you can see a semi-accurate balance.

No. But I did my Account History request immediately upon FTP2 launch. I can do another to see if they block that info now... just need to find my key.

We know all USA players have a $0 balance. But from what others have said, in their History, it shows a deduction of what you had pre-BF. In some of ours it doesn't say this. I emailed support and they said they can't tell us any of our prior info. Then why can we see our History in the first place? Doesn't make sense to me.

I don't see a deduction, but I did make a withdrawal on Black Friday so I was able to figure out my balance using those numbers.

I always made a WD on 4/15. I believe it was credited back a few days after it didn't go through.

How does how much you withdrew towards the end help you figure out how much you had left over at the end?
