Blah, No email here either. Was not an affiliate, clean history.

I checked FTP settings and made sure the email was correct...maybe they used an older email that I had changed in settings or something? If so, Outlook has deleted all emails due to no activity.

Getting pretty sad/anxious... something has to give here...sheesh

yeah still no email here either. Obviously emailing everyone is just taking longer than 2 days like they said. I wouldn't worry at this point.

Rake thur an affiliate but not an affiliate myself

Now I expect I will have to fight to receive my last requested $2500 plus all the extra $$ I won before I was kicked out on 4/19 (I never logged off till they forced me out)

The account history balance for 6/1/2011 does show Eveything plus my panic withdraw on 4/15/11 (oops)

The Notice provides instructions for filing petitions online through the Full Tilt Poker Claims Administration website. If you do not receive an email notice and you believe you are eligible to participate in the remission process, you can file a new petition online using the online filing tab on the left sidebar of the GCG Claims website, www.fulltiltpokerclaims.com, beginning September 18, 2013.

The PPA recognizes that a variety of questions will arise from this long-awaited process, and we stand ready to help our members. In the coming days, we will make available on our repayment center website an information guide that will help affected poker players navigate and understand the claims process, and (we hope) obtain all funds due. Our team will also be available to answer questions PPA members may have with the claims process.

Beginning September 16th, if you have a question regarding the claims process we ask that you email us at repayment@theppa.org. When emailing us, please keep in mind the following:
  • Priority in responding will be given to 2013 dues paying PPA members.
  • Include your full name and the email address associated with your PPA membership.
  • Please attach any supporting documents – emails, screenshots, etc. -- that will help us understand any issues, concerns or questions arising with your FTP claim.
  • Please understand that any response the PPA provides is purely informational. We are not providing legal advice, and you should not rely on any information we provide as a substitute for legal advice. There may be tax, or other legal ramifications that relate to your claims, and if you want advice specifically tailored to your situation, you should retain your own attorney.
  • If you provide us information, we may share that information with the Claims Administrator, but will do so only to help pursue your claim and/or other, similar claims by poker players. Thank you for your patience as we work to provide you with the most accurate information to help you.
The PPA is pleased that affected poker players will soon be reunited with their funds and we will continue to play an active role in working with the Department of Justice and Garden City Group to streamline the claims process and provide information to our members.

Proud to Play,

Poker Players Alliance
Thanks for the response. It's nice to know there is someone supporting and fighting for us through this difficult time, especially when the decision makers don't really "get" online poker. I really hope they understand that just because I had one friend signed up on my affiliate account, that doesn't mean I don't deserve my $100k playing balance.

Has anyone got an email with their actual claim information to a second email address that they changed while playing on Full Tilt, or has every emails\ with claim info gone to the first email address you setup with Full Tilt when signing up?

None of the links designated (Web) work for me like account history, tournament history, my login history.

You open it with an excel equivalent (openoffice?)

Mid four fig balance. No xfers with scum and a very small linked affiliate account.

Also thanks PPA for the help!

Is there a way to log in to FTP thru the browser, instead of their client, like you can on Carbon?

Yes, I have. I changed my email address about a year prior to black Friday. I received the email from Garden City on 9/16 to the second email address (the updated one).

I thought this was going to be easy. We have a very experienced company doing the remissions. I guess I am still s l o w .

I did not receive either email. I signed up at GCG early on and confirmed they had my correct info. The email address is the same one as I used at FT, the only one.

If they can't get this, the simplest of things correct, I can only imagine what the future brings. I have lowered my expectations back to where they should be which is to expect nothing. That does not mean I don't expect to get MY money.

Let me add, **** you Howard.

The email I rcv'd with my actual claim information came to my current email address which was not the original email address I used when I set up with Full Tilt but one I changed to this past November.

LOL, I feel like waq, like this is a foreshadowing. I'm not sure what they've done since they got the job from DOJ. They haven't figured out to handle any of the weird scenarios that so many people are in. What took so long? If people start reporting tomorrow their balances include money from lost checks, I'll of course be wrong. I really don't think they've done anything.

Gonna go ahead and just quote this for the 5% of you that actually are willing to listen to logic.

I had over $1200 in tournament tickets and ring game cash tickets that were converted to cash and added to my account.

However when I got my account balance via excel format, that $1200 was gone and only my cash balance was there. Did this happen to anyone else?

Also, no email. Clean history with a deposit in 10/10. A couple player transfers as well. I still have the same email address.

Not true. Not receiving an email means you don't have a control or petition number. Not having a control and petition number, you don't get to see what their system thinks you are owed. Who has any idea how long a manual petition will take to be approved? Was nice to think tomorrow we'd at least know what we would get someday. Now we may not know for another year, unless the email comes in at the last minute or there's some other way to pry a control and petition number out of their hands.

It would be really simple for their website to have a "resend my control/petition" number link... Where you could type in your FTP address, and it would say found/not found, and if found, only email to the original address so someone can't steal it.
09-17-2013 , 11:34 PM
Agree, those with petition and control numbers are probably in good shape. I think its also clear that some people will be paid much earlier than others and think that this process is going to be very simple for some and not so much for others. gla

I tried to withdraw 4500 on black Friday to Usemywallet, when I downloaded the excel sheet from the site it says the 4500 was cancelled and put back in my account on the 16th, I guess that means I am out the 4500?.......any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.....thanks

No email here. Pretty disappointed even though I know I can still claim. Had the same email for 15 years, and even have the original FTP emails from when I first joined in 2006. Have about 3k. No rakeback, Never used my points for anything. Did many transfers back-and-forth with other players. I never even cashed out, as I used to just transfer my money for cash to players who wanted to deposit.

My $2.00 in tournament tickets shows up on the spreadsheet.
