I received different emails with different control numbers sent to different email accounts. One was sent to the account I set up specifically for poker and another was sent to a different account that was for personal use. I can't remember ever switching email addresses through FTP and am positive that when I signed up for GCG email notifications that I provided my "poker only" email address.

Anybody have this issue? Thoughts on what to do? I'll probably just try to call and explain the situation but wanted to see if this was a common problem with others.

Got mine about 240am, they will be doing them all today as well.

As per fulltiltpokerclaims.com

"Update Regarding Notification and Commencement of Online Filing Process

On September 16 and September 17, GCG is sending Notices to all potentially eligible Petitioners GCG identified utilizing data supplied by Full Tilt Poker ("FTP"). GCG is in the process of attempting to re-send any Notices that "bounced back" because of an invalid email address or for any other reason.

If you received an email Notice, please be sure to use the logon credentials provided in the Notice when you begin the Petition process. If you did not receive an email Notice and you believe you are eligible to participate in the remission process, please allow 2-3 additional days, as GCG attempts to resend emails, and then you may file a new Petition for Remission.

Also, on September 17, 2013, GCG is sending emails to all players who registered on this website and who were not identified as potentially eligible Petitioners. Such registrants did not receive a Notice with logon credentials. The email provided other important information about the remission process.

On September 18, 2013, potentially eligible Petitioners will be able to submit a Petition for Remission through this website.

The deadline to submit a Petition for Remission is November 16, 2013."

Don't sweat it. I haven't got an email yet either and I even submitted the same email with my Full Tilt account to GCG for updates, so they should have it two places. I did deposit money. Never made a withdrawal or even attempted to, so no limbo funds. I downloaded my Full Tilt history and my balance matched what I had written down to the cent. Logistically, I've got to be the easiest type of client for GCG to handle.

I think the email is probably the least important part of the process for people who know about the case. The email is not a sign that you are or are not getting money IMO. It should just be a communication device.

watch this turn into nightmare for people like me who dont have access to old email and cant remember their ftp pw to get account history for the exact number(i remember thousands place and nothing beyond that) they are owed to even petition on the 18th. then we have:
Players who did not receive an email Notice may file a new petition, following the directions on this website, but their FTP Account Balance will not be displayed on the website; such Petitioners will need to provide the amount of their FTP Account Balance through the Petition Filing site, and will need to submit documentation to substantiate their claimed FTP Account Balance. To access the petition filing site, please click on the tab on the left side of this page.

lol what doc. can people submit? hopefully this goes much smoother for people that dont have access to old email like me. calling them was no help also. i signed up with current email for updates and i didnt even get that. pretty sure they are just sending them to email associated with ftp client.

FWIW although I only have a few bucks in my account, I never deposited and got an email, so hopefully you'll get one as well.

Be patient, guys. They are sending emails out in batches and have a lot to send. I got my email very late last night to an email address I just updated on FTP a couple weeks ago.

Yeah easy for the people who got the emails to tell us to be patient. I'm in full blown panic mode. Think I might need to go to the hospital

Just chiming in here...I've talked to folks who had less than $ 1 in their accounts and they received an email, and some with 6 figures have not, as yet. I dont know in which order those emails are going out, if any, it could be some random order, but try to be patient.

Fwiw, I received mine yesterday afternoon, not in spam. I have an inconsequential amount of $ in my account. Although I signed up for GCG updates, I never received any, not to my poker email address nor to my media one.

As for some people that are freaking about never making a deposit, it was quite normal for ppl to freeroll into a bankroll or get P2P transfers. It is my opinion, (only my opinion) that as long as you played poker, you would be ok.

The player accounts were for poker playing. Poker players are the victims of the fraud for which remission is being paid.

If for some reason you had a player account and never played, but FTP gave you money anyway, (friends, payment of invoices, affiliates, distributions, other possible money laundering scenarios), that may be an issue.

Its just impossible to judge until more specific questions get answered.

I know its easy to say be patient, but the rumors are just setting us backwards, with no confirmation of any consequence that anything will be wrong.

Jfc do you people not realize getting an email doesn't even mean you'll get any money? Emails seriously don't tell you anything other than "you had an FTP account", you have to wait until Wednesday to see what amount they think they owe you anyway. Seriously don't worry about it until tomorrow.

theyve updated their website today too about the emails...
