A record's database ID doesn't need to be the "account number" or "ID number" that clients and employees need. Also possible when not specifying a sort method is what looks to be completely random. Databases often use a hash method of indexing which can affect the order they come out in unless otherwise specified, which creates a random-looking sort.
ok, so it will probably be this. though you think data entry would still be based on something... who knows though.

Yup both accounts made deposits. I'm just worried because I was signed up as an "affiliate" I won't get one for the account that matters

Maybe we should get a count going of who has received an email and who hasn't... Then we could find out a very ballpark average % of emails that have been sent out.

I haven't received one

Well, that's the lazy way to do it. How about...

2+2 Name : Received (Y or N) : Date Received : More Info

LorenB N

Total Received = 0
Total Not Received = 1
Ballpark % Sentout = 0%

Just copy and paste this list and update.... or if someone has some time, they can make a spread sheet.

Everybody just needs to try to relax if they can. The regulation requires GCG to notify ALL potential victims. Everybody that ever had an FTP account could be considered a potential victim. Nobody has been excluded yet. That is what the review process is for. This means an email will be sent to every FTP account holder at the address FTP had in its database, whether they have/had a positive balance or not. This is because every account holder will have the opportunity to file a petition for remission and an opportunity to PROVE that they are a victim owed money. Just because FTP says your account has $X or even $-X does not mean it is correct.

If you do not get an email by tomorrow you also do not need to panic. There will be instructions for how you can prepare and file your petition posted. There are 2 months to submit petitions. This will not be a case of first in first out, so everybody should take a deep breath and remain calm. If FTP owes you money and if you are an innocent victim and you follow the process as outlined I have every confidence that you will be paid your account balance, in full.

My guess is that the delay in receiving the emails is just practical. With at least 1.3M emails to send I would suspect GCG is batch processing them over a 2 day period (that equates to over 27 thousand emails per hour over a 48 hour period) so they do not overwhelm their mail servers and/or eat up all of their bandwidth. They are operating a company with thousands of employees working on hundreds of other cases and I am sure they do not want this intense email process to shut down their other work by making their server or internet access unavailable.

+1. everybody take a break from the thread. breath and check back in tomorrow. Creating a list in this thread to figure out how many 2p2ers that check this thread have received an email won't accomplish anything.

Agree that shouldn't over worry, I still haven't got an email as I said before. Worried its with my original account email that I can't access as it was for school along time ago, but I did also refer some friends w a promo code and got small percentage of their rake back when they played some so might be an "affiliate"
09-16-2013 , 07:04 PM
I got the email, but it was to my FTP-only email address. I remember asking them to use my primary email address instead at some point. Not sure if that was on a website or through email. Anyway, they didn't do it.

Got my email. Did they say what time Wednesday we can start submitting. I will be traveling for a week and kind of curious if I should try to submit before I catch the flight or just wait til I get back Tuesday.

Question for Ford or somebody knowledgeable, how long after this deadline, for this case, is a reasonable ETA for payment? Is it unreasonable to think we see money by Christmas or as a worst case date something like March 2014 ?

Got an email. Mid 5 figures. Email starts with r and user name starts with s. made a deposit once or twice

This mass-email: confirmed #1 slowroll of 2013.

Will keep you guys posted.
Take a chill pill they, they said e-mails over the next 2 days and guys are hounding them because they didn't receive it in the first 5 minutes.

None of us are getting paid until at least Nov 16th period, right? Did they announce anything like that? I'd think we have to wait at least the 2 months....
09-16-2013 , 08:36 PM
You can check if you deposited by logging into FTP > cashier > history > past transactions.

shows all past transfers, cashouts, and deposits.

I received my email this afternoon

is there a way to check to see if they number they have for me is equal to what was in my account on black Friday?

also had a $2500 pending cashout that isnt reflected in my ftp balance and I never received $ for, is that gone?
