honestly the casual commentating I feel is more fun given most of the time I just open the stream while I do something else, if it was exclusively about the action at the tables it would be boring
Amazing how much more entertaining the bump in stakes and not breaking stacks at 200bbs is. The first challenge was awesome but this is next level. ActionFreak definitely picked an appropriate username.
Wow, I didn't realize they didn't have the stack-breaking rule for this challenge.
Sounds like there could end up being some seriously epic hands/pots by the time this challenge is over.
I wonder if anyone is going to place bets on how big the biggest pot of the challenge will end up being in here.
I don't want to place any bets on it myself, since I don't know much about PLO or the standard deviations of their playing styles or stuff like that, plus I don't ever do prop bets or sports betting type of stuff so I don't even know how I would pay the money or whatever.
But, vicariously, I think it would be cool to watch other people bet on it, and see what the betting line becomes. What do you guys think it'll be? 300k? 400k? 500k?
I generally try not to be negative about poker content because its not easy to produce, and I am appreciative of anyone who makes an effort to build the game, but I cannot handle listening to Tuchman. It is so painful to listen through. Sure I can mute it, but there are nuggets from the guest experts that I hate to miss.
Stapes is actually OK in my book as a comic relief guy. He just finds any opportunity he can to proselytize about politics in the most unrelated settings which can be pretty annoying. I don't look for him to say anything useful with regards to poker, just some knee slappers here and there is fine. The best due would be Runchucks and Ingram for sure imo.
