Full Tilt update 7-28-2015 - Page 4 - Poker News

When you walk into a poker room the floor person seats you at table. You rarely have the option to pick and choose where you want to sit. Glad FTP made this update. Gets rid of any type of bum hunting or collusion.

If people consider bankroll management a skill then table selection is also a skill and when liquidity affords it I think it should remain possible. However, on a site like FTP with such a small player pool, I agree that there is probably too much predatory behavior that goes on.

Only these guys are not bad players, they r just dumb rich boys who manage their sites poorly. But regardless this is nothing but the unavoidable death of online poker and posibly live as well.

HUDs should be banned as well on top of preferred seating and bum hunting. It's completely killing if it has not already killed the online industry.

They will keep bashing HUs and i think rightly so. There is far more table selecting than in any other format (apply also for HU hypers SnG).
Some kind of battle net system would be a solution, but until regs simply wont play other regs at least to some extent, its just bull****.

I taking about the actual game of hunl not the lobby. I battle regs all day... So the solution is just to kill a game many of us love? The fact you can't even open a table to play another reg hu is absurd. Do you really think a fish playing vs nitty regs that take forever to make a decision and are targeted In a game is more fun for a fish? HUNL is action and it's fast. It's all about the poker site wanting the fish to lose money slower on 6m or full ring just so they make more in rake. RIP ftp

They also have 0 chance of winning in 6 max. I think the point ovie is making is atleast they'll enjoy themselves more hu.

I applaud the changes and Full Tilt having the balls to try something drastically different. There will obviously be a fair hit in traffic to begin with, I suppose the most interesting question at this point is how much of a hit are Full Tilt willing to take traffic and rake-wise and for how long before they can say the changes have worked/not worked?

so now you cant seat select so your going to get sat at a table with a bunch of random people and all of you are still going to loose your money and cry and complain about how its not fair. bunch of babys who refuse to put in time and work to get better. it took me years to learn the in and outs of poker i guess some are lazy. must be democrats !
