Everyone should just tell them that you plan to grind 16 tables for 12 hours per day. Can't wait for the site open again!

Yeah we can't stress enough how important it is to answer the questions in a manner that facilitates Tapie investing.

Hi all

I am from Canada and i received a call from someone asking the same questions as the first poster said. I only have a small amount on Fulltilt poker, about $550 but the money means alot to me. Now the girl asked me a questions about which option would I think was better to withdraw my money.

Option 1
take shares in a new publicly traded company

option 2
Withdraw the money right away but pay a 20% penalty

Option 3
Be limited to cash outs at 10% of current balance per month over ten months

The woman seem to indicate option 3 was the perfered option from most people she called. Also, the survey was collecting information for a possible new investor looking to buy the company

All these options seem rather ridiculous tbh. FTP2 will not be a publicly traded company anytime soon, and options 2&3 seem like save a penny and lose a pound. Most will take option 3 or sell their balance above .8 and the buyers will take option 3. So you're just saving tvm for 10 months while massively pissing off everyone and leaving yourself open to lawsuits. There must be some missing piece here; otherwise these guys are just terrible businessman. Of course that seems to be the default state for anyone remotely associated with ftp.

So we should just let FTP screw us over? Why? I shouldn't pursue my legal options to the last degree? Out of the goodness of my heart because of all the company has done for me? lol

I'm happy the guy is trying to save the company. That doesn't absolve it of it's obligations or of the damage it's done. FTP and the current owners will be facing lawsuits for years even if they paid 100% today. Paying out piecemeal just increases their liability and alienates their customers.

Sign the deal with FTP and the DoJ and then sample players who know they will be getting money about different methods. Right now, everyone cares about a deal first and terms second, AS THEY SHOULD.
the terms of the player repayment/equity shares/etc are important parts of the deal

GBT wants to invest as little as possible (obv) and that hinges on the players just as much as it does FTP/DOJ
