Has anyone got a number on the penalty % for withdrawl option? 10% 25% more? Or have they not given likely % yet in the survey calls? If no USA players get calls, that might mean only ROW will be dealt with by the new FTP and that the DOJ and the "usual suspects" assets might be the method for recovery there. Just musing of course.

Nope, they didn't give a precise number on the penalty % for instant cashout. Nor did they give a range.

I have been told they asked "How would you feel about getting your money immediately but paying a 50% penalty" or something close to that. Thats all I know.

50% Wow, well I guess if you really needed the money quick you couldn't be criticized for considering it. Seems like getting the total stuck BR ,in reasonable increments,might be the more popular method. Just hope something happens with these surveys positive!

It's very hard to speculate about this without more concrete details. You can't say you would or wouldnt agree to some form of equity shares without knowing the terms and this applies to all. This phone call is strange because it is too speculative for them to get any meaningful results. Sign the deal with FTP and the DoJ and then sample players who know they will be getting money about different methods. Right now, everyone cares about a deal first and terms second, AS THEY SHOULD.

I've had like 6 phonecalls today (which is unusual for me, like 98% or more of my phone traffic is texts mssgs) and everytime I was like wooo this is FTP, never was

Are they only calling former players with stuck BRs or are they calling all types of players from a general list? If they are only calling "stuck" players then at least they have some decent records (hopefully) of what is owed to whom!

Woman relayed the options that have been listed in this thread; I said I'd be down for receiving money in installments over a year, and possibly down for receiving immediately at 80c on the $, at best.

I had a missed call from +33 1 42 66 50 75 (Paris no.). They left no message. I'm in the UK. Thought it was related to my folks in some way as they live over there but they hadn't tried to contact me.

I was called in UK from 331 4266 3621.

Five figures on FTP. Same questions but they didn't say what percentage writeoff.

Agree the questions are badly designed as without knowing what percentage writeoff, how many shares in the proposed company (and how it would be structured etc) they are not going to get meaningful responses.

When they called I could hear a telecentre type operation with others in the same room making similar calls.
