I spoke with Chris today also. I was told my bank did not reject the test deposit. I am BofA but can't see the deposit on my end. He said too expect payment by the end of November.

I feel for the 1 poor bastard who for some stupid reason won't get paid when everyone else does.

It always happens

Re: FTP Remission Issues Thread ONLY. No polititard or history derails please.

Talked to Chris yesterday, said everything is fine with my bank and nothing was rejected. Said I'd get paid later this month, but didn't have an exact date and to look out for an email soon.

I'm getting a sneaking suspicion that all this, "well we didn't receive a rejection so your ok" may turn bad.

Same story as all of the above when Chris called me back. He did say that they are aiming to get payments out before Thanksgiving. Fingers crossed

i get the feeling that it's just a bunch of people being too lazy to call their bank to check for 0.00 deposits that don't get posted to their account summary.

So I noticed a test deposit in my pending transactions on 11/5, but when I look it's no longer in my transactions. This may have happened to some of you guys, too. If you didn't catch it the day it happened, it may have disappeared.

Re: FTP Remission Issues Thread ONLY. No polititard or history derails please.

The last wave got confirmation e-mails that their disputes were approved and then were paid a week later. We haven't gotten the e-mails yet. I'm not very optimistic we'll be paid before Thanksgiving.

Also, if you look back at the June wave, they weren't paid in 2 weeks. It was a full 3 weeks after the test deposits and we are already behind their timeline b/c of the lack of e-mails.

Re: FTP Remission Issues Thread ONLY. No polititard or history derails please.

I received a voicemail from Chris at GCG today after sending an email last night. I have not seen a test deposit show up on my bank account, but I know these don't always show up so was inquiring whether the testing process was successful.

He said there were no problems with the testing process of my account and that they were hoping to have payments out before Thanksgiving. He said to expect an email within the next couple days saying my claim had been approved.

So fingers crossed, GL everyone!

Any other "affiliates" receive this email? :

Dear ,

This email is being sent to you in connection with the Petition for Remission that you submitted in the Full Tilt Poker (“FTP”) Claims Administration. The amount claimed in your Petition is $x, and the FTP Account Balance provided by FTP is $y.

If you wish to amend your Petition and claim the amount of your FTP Account Balance, you may do so by returning to the online filing site at www.fulltiltpokerclaims.com and confirming your FTP Account Balance. In the event that we do not receive a response by December 9, 2015, we will pay the amount in your Petition. Your ability to access the online filing site will end on December 9, 2015.

We have listed your Petition and Control Numbers below, which you must use to access your Petition. Please note that these Petition and Control Numbers have been updated to match our records.

I am claiming less because I backed out the ~2400 from my claim amount because of the affiliate payments as I had blogged about before and discussed with the PPA/DOJ. Now the support guy is telling me that he thinks I should be able to get the full amount but he is escalating it to a "specialist" to call me back. I asked him about Chris and he said he didn't know who that was.

I'm hopeful that a 21 year old Cheryl Tiegs is going to knock on my door before Thanksgiving.

I know that has a better chance than actually getting this money

I spoke to Chris about affiliate payments. He is fully aware of the situation. Also seems to indicate that the DOJ is aware of the mis-classification.

Maybe you should wait a little longer since $2400 is a good amount of money.
