i talked to chris yesterday and he said test deposits still underway. My bank neither accepted or rejected it yet and to call back Monday afternoon to get an update on the wire. If rejected by the bank to switch to check so I won't have to wait 2 more months to get paid.

just to follow up I talked with my bank this morning local credit union with 20 or so branches and they stated I am going to see online what they see so if the test deposit is not there, then they haven't tried it. I asked it if it is common to see a test deposit come before a wire and they said sometimes, sometimes not it'll be a test and then the money will come a few days later. I've already been confirmed in this wave via e-mail and verbally from Chris. Monday can't come soon enough.

I talked with BoA today and the person I talked to thought that I would be able to see a test deposit on my account.

Still nothing yet though.

Still nothing for me in BoA either. I vaguely remember something about test deposits not showing up for BoA but I could be wrong.

Congrats to everyone. I'm not in this group but I spoke to Chris and my case has been reviewed by GCG and is in the next round of approvals from the DOJ. He said my payment will probably be some time in March 2016. Oh well, at least I finally made it past the gatekeeper and will get paid.

FYI, I was tagged as an affiliate incorrectly and challenged 40% of my total balance of approx. 10k.

Just because there is no test deposit showing doesn't mean that you won't receive the money by ACH transfer. GCG will let you know if there is an actual problem with the transfer and give you the opportunity to be mailed a check instead. Or you can ask GCG for a check instead if you prefer, and wait the couple extra weeks to receive it. For a significant amount, your bank may also put a temporary hold on a check deposit, whereas an ACH transfer is almost always available immediately.

I have not yet.

Chris called me yesterday to discuss my concerns with not seeing a test deposit. Told me if I didn't see it on Monday that I could request a check instead. But that currently he didn't see any rejections with my JP morgan account.

I haven't seen a test deposit in my bank account and was told I'd be paid in early November. I just sent them an e-mail, if I don't hear back by Monday afternoon I'll give them a call and also maybe call my bank.

nothing for me either (small credit union in FL). My hope was to wake up and see the money in there and to contact Chris with GCG if it wasn't in there, but alas they were just dreams.

I just got a call from Garden City Group in response to a couple emails I sent over the weekend. I was told like others that many banks will not show the test transaction. He however did say that if rejected they will get a notice from the bank. There were no rejection notices for my account so he said he expects everything should be fine. He said they were still finishing up some tests today and tomorrow and they were hoping for final payments by Thanksgiving or end of month. So I am sure most people without the test showing up are in the same boat as me and are fine.

I just emailed GCG and told them I haven't received a test deposit. Got a call about an hour later and someone told me that they had not seen a rejection notice from my bank and that some banks don't show test deposits on your account. He said that I should be expecting my money before the end of November. I have BoA btw.

left message for chris, he returned my call within 1 hour and said same as above. No sign of rejection from bank wire test although I spoke with my bank and they said I can see everything online they see on the screen (no test deposit seen)... and chris said to expect payment by end of Nov.
