Thanks, I sent an email about 2 weeks ago and they said I was in good standing and would be in the next payment. Was just curious if they were sending out unprompted emails already.

Confirmed today as well but I had to ask.

A woman returned my call yesterday, I didn't get her name, but she said that I was in good standing ... mumble mumble ... approved by the DOJ, we expect payments to go out in November.

She did not sound 100% sure of what she was telling me, and I honestly don't know if she was trying to assure me that I WAS approved and WOULD be in the next wave, or IF I was approved I would be in the next wave.

less than 10k, greater than 20% disputed (I cashed out very nearly my whole account a week or two before BF, and deposited the check just before the news broke). No confusion, not an affiliate, no missing bank data, etc.

Did you e-mail them? My e-mail was a reply to something I sent them. I suspect they wouldn't have sent me anything before the test deposits if I hadn't asked for an update.

I hadn't received anything so back in June I contacted them for an update and they told me my disputed balance wasn't correct and to email them updating the amount. I did that and followed up yesterday and I got this response. You definitely need to email them for an update, I doubt they will email you voluntarily.

Was anyone confirmed in this round incorrectly tagged as an affiliate? I was and I sent an email this morning.

Edit: To be clear I was incorrectly tagged as an affiliate, haven't heard anything about being confirmed yet.

Got my confirmation email today. (I emailed them yesterday).

I was a normal disputed for about 50% of total balance. (Just a check 1 week before BF)

If your not in this wave, you may have to call chris and see if you need to send in 3 months of bank statements from 2011.

e-mailed them yesterday and got response today that I am included in the next group. I got goose bumps all over and partial weight off my shoulders.

Disputed 12k on 80k balance.

So the number of your first dispute was incorrect? How did you get it to the correct number?

The nightmare may finally be over.

So I kinda fell out of the whole poker thing after Black Friday and have not done a single thing to get my money back(I had about $100 on FT)
