I talked to the new guy running things recently and there was no timetable given. I'm an incorrectly tagged affiliate, sent in excel and explanation that he said looked fine. But I don't think they've even started reviewing them then they have to get guidelines from the DOJ then they have to review, then they have to get approval, then back and forth and so who knows when.

At this rate if I get paid before 2016 I'd be happy, just seems like it's a complicated process and there's not much urgency as each small wave takes months.

Received an update following incorrect bank info. Supposed to be in the last round of payments:

Thank you for your email. Once the deadline of July 19, 2015 is reached, bank account testing will occur for those players who submitted updated account information. We do not have a date for the issuance of your payment as of yet, however, you will receive an email notification to the email address we have on file, prior to the payment being issued. If the information is determined to be incorrect, a check will be sent to the mailing address that you provided with your Petition.

so maybe we'll get an update after that July 19th date. I'm playing phone tag with Chris right now. Will try to post an update if I make contact. I'm still in the unpaid disputed batch. pretty sad remembering a conversation with Patrick saying I'd get paid 18 months ago, then Lorri, then Brian, now chris and I think there was one person in between too.

Talked to Chris yesterday and he said I'm definitely in the next batch by the end of September. He kept saying "a couple of more weeks" but ended with "by the end of September" took the time to verify my address, bank name, acct. number, routing number and amount to be paid (full amount). It actually the most pleasant conversation I've had with a GCG person (probably 15 calls). I recommend everyone calling again just to verify your banking info so there's no further delay in your payment. There will be a payment issued in between now and 9/30 which are those with incorrect bank info that were supposed to be paid last wave.

So all you guys are okay providing your SSN for this? I realize it's required...just wonder if I'm the only one having reservations about doing that.....

I'm in this exact same situation and called today to follow up. I was told that my banking info is now correct, though they have no way of actually knowing since they haven't done test deposits yet and the July 19th deadline seemed to be totally arbitrary and unmet. I was told my petition was approved, not deficient in anyway, and that I could expect to be issued a payment in the "next few weeks" with no other time frame given. He did say that people who were supposed to be paid in the last wave but that had incorrect info were next in line, but again, no estimate on time other than a few weeks.

He seemed to know very little so if someone is willing to press the issue and talk to a supervisor that might actually have a clue I would appreciate the update.

It truly is a case of those with the money have all the power. The amount of time these people waste replying to emails and phone calls could easily be spent processing payments. Everyone should have been paid months/years ago and the government, plus all of us waiting on our money, are just getting ****ed. Am I missing anything?

we're not in the dark, there is a wave of incorrect bank info that includes individuals that were due to be paid "by end of 2nd quarter" then there's a wave coming "before the end of September".

Yes, I'm at $4,500 and go the September email.

I don't think the DoJ has approved individuals for the September round yet. Did anyone get confirmation that their petition was OKd by DoJ?

I got this response on July 14th:

This seems like about the same wording I got about the June payments from Christopher on the phone, but then I didn't end up getting approved by DoJ for that round.

I have the same e-mail as highland "subsequent" is the key word in the e-mail obviously meaning there are going to be more waves. I was assured by Christopher I am in the "by end of 3rd quarter September" payments when I talked with him 10 days ago. I'm disputing 12k on 82k total.

I don't think any petitions have been rejected though. Hopefully we'll get an update soon. They first need to pay incorrect bank info from June payments, at least that's what they did in May before end of 2nd quarter payments were issued.

I'm in the incorrect banking info from June and haven't received any updates yet. I probably inquire on the status next week. Was hoping to get something before the end of July but that obviously is not going to happen.

update update where are you? Anyone reach out to GCG lately? especially anyone with incorrect bank info? the quicker you get paid, the quickly the "by end of 3rd quarter" will get paid.

Talked to someone on Monday (I am incorrect banking info/June wave). He basically said that they still have not even done the bank testing for updated bank info. I would say we are looking at at least another week or two at a minimum

FYI it has taken them about 2 weeks at the minimum to send out the real payments after the bank testing starts. A week or two is a little too optimistic, I would put the best case scenario for the incorrect bank info people at the end of the month. Still hoping that they keep their 3rd quarter deadline for people like me. If anyone has a contact at DOJ an update would be really appreciated. I am worried that I will get an email saying my claim is denied, even though the guy with the thick middle eastern accent at GCG said my claim looked good to him. I'm not putting anything past these people.

Just got a call from a NY area code from a heavily accented individual asking me to verify my account name. I refused, saying that I would call in to verify info. He proceeded to tell me my address, bank name, etc and said that my claim was approved and would be in the next wave, which would be processed in about a month.

Anybody else get a call like this?

Sent them an e-mail yesterday afternoon. Have yet to hear back. Will report back when I do.

where they returning a call to you? Did you leave them a message to follow up or was it random? Were you a part of the wrong bank info or "by end of 3rd quarter" e-mail group?
