I've been abroad for the last week and couldn't check any news about ftp there. Anything I missed during the past 7 days except the new ftp statement ?

whats going to happen with coverage for the hearing on the 19th? Is QJ doing any coverage again?

Also is hippy or barry carter or anybody that was reporting the first hearing going to attend? I understand its being held in camera but is FT or the AGCC likely to be giving press statements directly after the hearing (on location)?

Or is the best bet just to wait for written statements to be issued after the hearing?

Are press still going to the hearing? I get that it is closed, but are there going to be public statements after the hearing and people reporting from the site before and after it is completed? Is it still going to be located at the originally scheduled hotel?

They have not contacted any customers who haven't contacted them. E.g., they haven't e-mailed customers and said "Btw, you may have noticed that the site has been down for 3 months...."

For customers who have contacted them, they've been instructed to do one of three things:

1) Send out a form response that says almost nothing for people who seem not to know very much about the situation.
2) Send out a form response that says a little bit more than nothing for people who seem like they know what's going on already.
3) Ignore them.

Customer support is very bored and frustrated, obviously.

Written statements day after hearing IMO....or same day if hearing is all over in 5 mins (for e.g. FTP not got the money, AGCC decide to pull licence instead continuing the suspension)

Some news by latest 20th anyway

FTP got 48 hours to comply or GTFO (or beg and hope to get another extension!)

It really is disgusting that this can happen and they never even contacted their customers. Absolute filth.

Does anyone really think full tilt has any funds left to payout players? They couldn't even pay liscensing company 150,00 pounds. Imo doj got any money full tilt had left including players money. Full tilt didnt have players money segragated. If a company where to buy out full tilt it would be just for the softwware, is that really worth 150 mill or more owed to players along with other liabilites? People are in denial . I hope everyone gets paid but full tilt on the same titanic with ap and ub . I hope Howard lederer goes to jail where he will be someones freak and very weird dude.

If FTP were genuinely interested in re-opening wouldnt they actually have more communication with their customers?

I think the way the customers have been treated is probably the most shocking aspect of the whole saga.

I can slightly understand people under indictment saying nothing but there is zero reason to treat the customers like dirt.

I sent them this the other day but they didn't reply:

I would bet 10.000 Full Tilt Dollars : 1000 real Dollars that no official Full Tilt representative beside their lawyer will even dare to show up at that hearing.

Ray will be too busy sleeping and getting his daily lobster breakfast served to bed.

you can print their statements and use it as toilet tissue!

btw. what happened to all those rumors from july about european investors? I'm wondering why they refused to buy FTP... was it too expensive for them, they saw some bad stuff within the company, or FTP had some **** terms...

If I ever hear some real good news I think it will be the biggest party in my head ever.
