Seeing as a lot of people play final tbls cautiously because of steep pay jumps, and that doing deals at WSOP is not allowed, could people possibly do a deal under the tbl between each other? whether it be based purely on ICM or chip chop numbers...
lets say players would talk during a dinner break together and sort out payments after taxes and all.
would it be unethical or even illegal to do such a thing at the wsop?
have people done such a thing before?
No Deals shall be made at wsop. that doesnt stop People from making deals.
Its just someone has to take 1st place, 2nd place etc. then its done between the players.
a major concern is someone will run off with 1st place money.
It happen last year at a 235 daily.. Players agreed to chop then guy who "technically" won the tournament ask security to escort him to his car..
Plus its a huge hassle to deal with taxes and Trusting the people your chopping with.
