i said this years ago- sure all things being equal and you're going to play 1/2 or 2/5 nl go play somewhere else.but back when i still played a lot of nl i didn't need someone who grinds 1/2 nl and has a million games to pick from in vegas tell me where i should go play 5/10 or 10/20 nl when there might be 5-10 games total running in vegas at those stakes. and when there are 3 hour wait lists at aria and wynn during wsop i don't need someone telling me where to play either.

the entire thing is a joke.people who mass multi table,use all kinds of software to fleece fish, suck the fun out of the game, live off of rakeback, are miserable to be around in live poker want to pretend they care about the poker community when they don't or cry about online poker being destroyed . aldelson is just the easy target for them. they care just as little as he does about the poker community- the difference is he's a billionaire and they aren't.

Before black Friday, the games everywhere were better.

The online multi table people with software packages targeting fish, I agree was awful, and also punitive to the poker community.

However, political donations not allowing me to play $1.00 Razz tournaments, in the comfort of my homes, pisses me off!

Unfortunately, I can not get Parx or Harrah's Chester to spread $1.00 Razz SNG's or even $1.00 Razz multi table tournaments. As much as I tried, my requests were consistently politely declined!

If we can get stupid Adelson out of the way, and get interstate back, the $1.00 Razz tournament market will SHINE ONCE AGAIN!

Sheldon Adelson is a POS an everybody knows that. But it’s hard to blame him for trying not to lose any revenue to online gambling. If we as poker players should support him or not is a personal choice. Every live-only player has the right to oppose online poker if they think that’s bad for their own bottom line. No matter if that’s a reasonable fear or not.

I played perfessionally on line for years. Black Friday impacted my life greatly. I was forced to play live something which I did not want to do. At the time I felt my best earn would be at the V. Fantastic traffic, low rake, good comps, good floor, and excellent games. I logged thousands upon thousands of hours there. If I had not played there it would have cost my family significant $. When I am trading my time for dollars I want to do my best to maximize that.
That was my thought process.

Yeah, let's get that poker room closed via boycott. Then what are they going to do? Put in higher revenue pit games or slot machines in there. That will teach him.

Yeah but there are a lot of gamblers (including high rollers) who might not want to stay there if they have to walk a mile if they feel like playing poker.
