Unfortunately, the thread did not gather much attention. No one on that list paid anything. Moreover, there are other people that also owe me and who are not on that list, but for specific reasons where never outed. The reasoning to not pay me is primarily based on unfairly or advantageously utilizing the unfounded cheating allegations of the Merciers as an excuse. I say unfairly and advantageously because in the forum thread below the following facts were established:

• World class professional OFC player Christoph Haller posted in my defense and stated that I lost to him on the pineapple app and that I quitted playing him, thus he does not believe I cheated.
• Other top players that I played such as Jungleman also posted in my defense.
• Natasha Mercier had previously made an OFC cheating accusation. Specifically, she accused Kuhns89 to have cheated online and Kuhns89 himself posted a now deleted thread on Twoplustwo where he basically stated Natasha said that he cheated as an excuse to not pay.
• No evidence of me cheating was ever posted by anyone.
• I provided a full history of all my games in the pineapple app and showed that my average edge per hand was .088 at stakes above $1/pt.

Consequently, Samantha Abernathy, Joshua Beckley, and the other players who owe have little to no validity in their reasoning to not pay their debts. At this point in my life I am virtually broke with a family to support. This is of course a direct consequence of the many damages and consequences of the defamation, not getting paid, and that I have spent a great deal of my money and also close friends and familiies’ money on an ongoing litigation against Jason Mercier and Natasha Mercier. I believe the litigation will eventually bring some sort of justice for me. Regardless of that, I hope I have enough support to out these players again and to hold them accountable for their unfair actions. I do not expect much will happen from this thread but since I am going through very hard times and I have to do whatever I can for my daughter I make this thread merely hoping that something good can come out of it.

With the spirit of hoping some of these debts get cleared, I will improve the offer I made 5 years ago. Anyone who owes me, whether on the list or not, can pay me 60% (adjusted to inflation based on U.S. Labor Department’s Bureau of Labor Statistics) of what they owe me or they can pick whatever poker game (OFC or not) they wish to play me with a reasonable structure/format and at least 80bb of play and obviously escrow to a reputable person. If they win in their game of choice the debt is off and if I win the debt gets paid in full.

I want to remind those who read this that a reason why Samantha and Joshua do not even care about paying me is because I have a tarnished/damaged reputation and what I say has little to no authority, power, or crediblity In the community. Also, the fact that it is not a short list of people who owe me takes off from each individual’s responsibility to pay me probably because they see nothing happens to the reputation of the others that get outed. Samantha Abernathy, who is the person who owes me by far the most on the list seems to have her reputation virtually intact, a solid poker fanbase following on her IG, and it is even possible she is not even aware that I outed her in 2018 (she ignores all my communication). Joshua Beckley is number two on the list and some years ago he sent me a tax or legal letter basically stating that due to his financial position (if I remember correctly he declared bankruptcy) I would not be able to collect. Beckley is probably correct in the legal sense that I can’t do much or could not do much to collect, however, it’s clearly unethical and shows lack of honor to get rid of poker debts the way he did. Any help in having these people outed or kept accountable is greatly appreciated.

Seems extremely obvious he didn’t loan the money but won it on a Chinese poker app. Unless you both have an escrow you trust it’s very common to play and settle at the end of an agreed amount of hands

It's hard to not believe you considering you claim to be broke and also it seems like one of the worst formats to make money if you are a cheat.

With that said it has to be unrealistic even from your pov to ever get paid considering there is a couple of big names against you and tbh i have never heard of you. The best advice you could ever get is to let go of it and realise you are not getting paid. And thats coming from someone who been scammed, cheated and had funds stolen for 6 figures multiple times. Like statistically the likelyhood of getting paid back unless it's a close friend its so incredibly low.

I do appreciate that you remind people what a scum mercier is. Low key one of the biggest scums and smallest integrites the highstakes scene have seen. And in contrast to many other scums he is also quite wealthy which makes him even a bigger piece of ****.

Imagine being Josh Beckley winning $4m+ in one mtt, and being broke/bankrupt 8 years later. It never ceases to amaze me having been in poker or gambling for 20 years the amount of ppl who get into such fortunate financial positions only to end up busto. Grinders who have lived off the game without any massive lottery wins for decades can only dream of being in a situation where they win 4m and I can sure as hell tell you wouldn't ever end up broke ever after such a windfall. Sorry for the derail, just has always fascinated me the eveils of gambling addiction/degeneracy. GL getting paid.

Maybe yeah, but that seems low for a degen to keep of themselves. I mean I know plenty of people personally who have had 7fig scores and had large piece of themselves only to end up busto, but a few were also buried infinite before the score. Always has fascinated me..

When is the last time any of these people communicated with OP about these debts?

I've seen it so many times. Guys bink some big score or take shots in some huge game run hot for a few months,puff their chests outs spend like drunken sailors and a year or two later they're broke. And those are just the honest stupid ones let alone the ones who scam on top of it.

It has been years since any of these people had any communication with me. I am offering a free roll to Samantha Abernathy and Joshua Beckley (and anyone else who owes me) to eliminate their debt (or 40% discount to settle) with me and I am not asking for the full payment of debt I truly do not expect much will happen from this thread, however, I am forced to do this due to my personal/family situation. I do have a glimmer of hope that with the help of the community or the help of someone with a credible voice in poker these people are made accountable and feel some sort of pressure to accept the freeroll offering (in any poker game of their choice), which in itself is already a great deal for them.

I think I believe OP, and good luck to him. But that said, the story here (about play on some sketchy OFC app more than 5 years ago with C-level poker names) is really obscure. If the thread didn't just quickly die, it was almost certainly going to get derailed by a subject more interesting to the wider poker community.
