That's exactly what it means.

I think you need to have Amazon's kindle app which is free, and then you can download the book in kindle form and the price is $0.00.

This free book led me to all of the other writings of Sklansky and Malmuth, and I have to say your books like this one (https://www.amazon.com/Gambling-Livi.../dp/B0BHC2HT22) are just begging for a rewrite for the digital era.

Things like matched betting (like this kind of primer -- https://about.darkhorseodds.com/guid...atched-betting), tools like Oddsjam and DarkHorse, and online casino promotions in the 6 legal states (so far) are super low-hanging fruit at this point.
