ACR also has a history of stealing players funds within this past year while claiming it was a Bullshit stuffing attack which anybody in IT knows this claim is a bold faced lie. They also have a repeated history of curious server crashes when they end up with significant overlays in tournaments. Their customer service is a damn joke and anybody whos had to deal with them over something half way important knows its a joke despite Moneymaker trying to intercede when he can. I know at least one dude who hadnt played lost access to his email account and despite providing plenty of proof of identity and offer to provide any other proof they asked for couldnt get their account back and they refused to let them open a new account even forfeiting the old balance. Talk about absolute **** fail.. Notice you said nothing about Ignition and Bovada so obviously youre just a shill for ACR clearly .. You cant slam unregulated poker in general and then try and give a pass to a site which has its own questionable behavior. (if you dont believe me on the funds being stolen and ACR doing their damndest to hide the truth go check out the PFA thread which details it.) The worst part is they tried to push it off on a possible issue with their payment processor.. One small problem ACR OWNS the damn payment processor because the domain ownership for ACR and their processor trace back to almost the same date of registry and same private ownership.

Literally everything you say could be true and ACR would still be 10000% more trustworthy than this Facebook poker site lol. You could write an entire novel and it wouldn’t change the reality that despite both being unregulated sites, one option is associated with significantly less risk. Besides, I don't really follow why ACR's trustworthiness has any relevance. Yes, unregulated poker options are shady and shitty, thank you for bringing this completely unknown information to our attention.

If both sites are stealing money they are equally crooked.

Clearly that's not the case here and sorry there's no reason to even discuss it.

He would enroll any amount of play chips into his account and none of the admins were aware of it, because he was pretty much the one responsible for the accounting. Below is a recent message, posted on 31th of August, from one of his admins clearing the situation:

In the beginning of August, I felt extremely tired of being fed bullshit from Andy for 4 months about the problems that caused paying only ~300$ per month instead of ~17k$\per month limit, so I told him, that I was going to go public, if he wouldn’t pay me 5k by the end of August or, at least, if he wouldn’t explain what was really going on. Seems like he struggled till the very end of the month and on the 31th of August shut down the site, deleted his FB profile and vanished.

https://fox3stacks.com is not working right now, but only redirects to their apparently basic site of its network. https://www.3stacksgaming.com/

Their FB group is being archived https://www.facebook.com/groups/3Sta...roup&ref=notif

Andy’s photo from his FB profile ( Not sure if it’s real) :

I have ~125k$ left on the balance. A group of fellow Russian players have around 160k$ in total left on their Fox poker accounts.

Alex Shelow, the former admin, thinks that chances of getting anything are extremely low.
From one of his agents, Jay Campbell, I got Andy’s phone number (unavailable) and two of his presumed home addresses in Michigan. Both, Alex Shelow and Jay Campbell, claim that they didn’t happen to meet Andy in person.

I have never encountered anything like this before in my life, so, please, I’d like to hear any suggestions what can be done in this case. I’m open to any sort of discussion and cooperation. All those who are affected by Andy's actions feel free to share your story and thoughts.
incredible.
sorry to hear that.
what's that tattoo saying on his arm?

corrupt world?

hunt him down, hire a p.a.
is andy Russian? get as much info as u can from the former partners and start digging. he can't just fall off the earth can he?

or did he lose all the money? then u got a real problem of recovering the money and you can't do anything now since it was all illegal to begin with, right? it was an illegal gambling operation if I'm not mistaking.

I might know a guy who, in the interest of intÂ’l diplomacy with our neighbors to the east, may be able to coax his grandma out of semi-retirement and get the victims some relief.

She’s been known to make fun side bets on the speed of specific benchmarks being reached. One time we were watching a Netflix documentary about art at his house and she was like “Honey see if you can get me action on these paintings being returned to the museum within one year of the date I say. I’m going to the fortune teller tonight!” Alvin - that’s her grandson - he couldn’t quite figure it out; so I was like “dude, she’s probably waiting for someone to pass away so nobody is left that’ll get in trouble.” Alvin shrugged and put on Better Call Saul.

Nosebleed stakes (no pun intended) player references might be available, pm

You're disappointed that someone who provides a website for stuff like this, isn't reposting things as often as you'd like? AFAIK this isn't something he gets paid to do, or a site that makes him much/any money. Is there a reason you can't repost it, or message Todd and request he do so? Perhaps you did and just failed to mention it.

I'm not a supporter of everything Todd does or posts, but this seems like a weird thing to be calling him out for.

I brought it up on PFA and its been crickets. Todd conditionally pulled Andys video when Andy was paying and now that nothing has happened in months hes basically ignored it. Havent heard any reason why hes been silent on it either other then hes got other scams and shadiness to expose I guess and he feels the foxpoker thing isnt worthy of any coverage anymore I suppose, which I find a little concerning, since its not a small amount and he rode the **** out of lock poker into the ground when they were pulling stuff. I get Fox 3 stacks was a smaller site but still disappointing.

Andy mostly kept to his agreement through February 2022.

He was sending me reports regularly regarding who was being paid back, and they were likely accurate.

However, I have not heard from him in 7 months, and apparently he has ghosted everyone else. For this reason, I have re-enabled the YouTube video I originally posted of his confession -- something I took down upon the condition he makes regular payments and reports them to me.

I did not have any skin in this game. I did not lose money on Fox Poker (or even play there), nor did any of my friends. I was doing this as a service to the poker community.

I do believe Andy has some remorse for this whole thing, and probably did want to make things right, but whatever issues he has (likely of the gambling variety) seem to have interrupted these efforts, and now he's a ghost. A deal's a deal, and therefore the video is back up.

If he attempts to DMCA the video (like he has to others), I will submit a counterclaim which is highly likely to be successful.

I listened to the episode of PFA recently where you explained that there is software available which would allow those hosting the site to become super users. I'm pretty sure had the organisers been aware of that before the pay out problems started they would have taken advantage of that!!

Still Ghost city....same with Alex Shelow who tried to weasel his way out of this all and make it look like is innocent of any wrongdoing.
