So for us Laymans around, was Mixgrill cheating? ( seems highly unlikely )

I've just read the most of the starshelper support forum (plus their tiny faq). Strange that 99% of the issues on there are caused by users not having "all dealer chat" enabled.
If they scraped live data shouldn't there be at least some bugs in their support thread or mention of it in their faq?

As I mentioned above, I could be wrong of course but I doubt they'd based their whole business on such unreliable tech.

I know you are trolling, but I will bite anyway.

Pokertracker 4 and my seating script always, usually Stars helper and occasionally Table ninja 2.
I've used them for a long time and never had any complaints.

Nothing remotely illegal. And if I did have software like that, I sure as hell wouldn't openly show it for everyone to see on a stream...

Absolutely not, I had not even played online poker in a month and I was able to play yesterday.

PT4 and the seating script I think are out of the question. One because PT4 doesn't scrape and second because a seating script would have no reason to be scraping the community cards.

Could very well be SH or TN2. I would speak to the devs and see if any of them can have their software reproduce what that screenshot shows.

I wasn't trolling... you can't scrape something if you don't see it. guy who got accused of cheating is basically blaming it on starshelper and TN but to be honest to me that sounds like bs

It's not like taking a screenshot. You can put as many notepad windows as you want in front of it, a screen scraping program will still work.

maybe i don't know the right terminology, i always thought that screen scraping = take screenshot + recognize what's on it with ocr. if you get the data in some other more advanced way from stars' client that's not screen scraping imo. and i don't see why this would produce those white rectangles at exactly right locations to read action.

For other people joining in, let me preface this by saying MMAsherdog is tech illiterate in some ways. He's not a dumbass for sure but hes a bit slow on some stuff. It's quite apparent from reading him.
His head low stake coach is a losing player ev adjusted, you get what im saying?

here's the screenshot deleted by mods:

this is the one where i forgot to block the names in the hud:

Legal poker programs use the chatbox for infos. Illegal program such as party hand converters dont.

My take on it. MMA being a bit tech illiterate tried to hide his scraper through the twitch streaming program, it didnt work.
OR
he closed his program but the scraper was still active and it was sending the information to the twitch streaming program for some reason, mixgrill could not see the lines himself.

Buttbuddy gazzy told him to get on it when i posted it in the thread(because protecting a cheater is the only way to get access to it in the future right?)

MMA being not a dumbass in other aspects of life quickly realized that hiding it right away would be suspicious so told Garry bluntly to drop it. Not having many options, he blamed it on PT4 and told his friends to come post that its common when no one has actually had this in years of PT being around. Because we all know, that's how some people work online, they think having 5 friends "backing you" makes something true, they think its highschool!

Lol what is this ****ing witchhunt when multiple people have stated it's most likely a glitch and they have seen it before? Also multiple people have stated it's pbb stars helper which caused it (which he uses as well), yet you keep hammering bc he said/thought it was pt4 he's def a cheater then you claim he's not very tech illiterate. You can't have it both ways and at this point it seems like you are just trying to ruin someone's career who is most likely innocent, even when mods deleted your original post for a reason

Smh

You simply don't know what you're talking about here. From the start you've somehow convinced yourself that he's using some sort of real time ai software and you're trying to fit everything into that narrative. This has been your thought process in the thread thus far: "What are these weird lines on this video? I've never seen this before...it must be be illegal software....almost certainly a screen scraper feeding data to a real time AI software; I'd better report this."

FYI there is permitted software that have other functions besides writing hand histories, i.e any program that aids mulitabling. These tools need the coordinates of everything on the table in order to provide software functionality. This includes the bet box, the bet buttons, the flop, turn card, river card, pot size, add chips button , "go to poker lobby button", leave table button, check boxes for sitting out next bb, etc.

This is the screenshot of permitted software that i use to help me multitable.

This is in the 'site editor' section of the program to where you can try to customize it to support your room. Looks pretty similar to me.

I don't know MMA personally but i've been in multiple group coaching sessions with him well before he ever started streaming on twitch. Every single time I've been in a group coaching session with him he's had this issue. Most people in each group coaching session have asked about the white lines on the video. He said the same thing to us that he said here. He wasn't sure what was causing it but assumed it was some sort of software incompatibility or bug.

I can't offer up anything besides my personal experience, but my point is that he was well aware of this issue before he ever started streaming on twitch. If he was up to something nefarious, he'd never let anybody in his stable see it, let alone a random twitch audience. Imagine yourself having real time AI. You wouldn't treat it casually like, "I think i'm going to stream on twitch... I wonder if i have my illegal dream machine turned off........well, let's just hope for the best."

His fan boys remind me of bieber's.

It's obvious at the very least, he had something illegal in the past that messed up his stuff.

There's too many people with the same legal problems for only him to have this bug .

No, it's not obvious, not even remotely. The screenshot obv raises supicions, but it's far from being a proof of him cheating. Let's see what Stars' final decision is going to be (at least in these regards i still have more trust in Stars than in any other site).

P.S. no fan-boy here, don't even know him.

Think its pretty obvious youre trying to force the narrative.

From my pov, its pretty obvious Mix hasn't done anything wrong.

Hows about Pokerstars ban ALL HUDS and software assistance so there is no room left to wonder? Nah, That would actually make the game fair.

I hate Party Joker too and keep telling myself to stop playing on this site. Sick of this OK ITM/terrible ROI thing. Stink's, to be honest. Suck the suckers in and keeping them sucking till they can't suck anymore seems to be how it works. Every time it looks like there is a big chance to go deep
something happens. Either a run of no hands or get sucked out on.... I am certain all the poker sites need extra monitoring. Not just checking samples of 1million hands. what is a 1 million hand sample in the greater scheme of things? It's nothing. 1 million random players hands need to analyzed including all the regular reloaders who I am certain the PP RnG/algorithms make life hell for.

Do you make custom bet size buttons in SH like he has ?

How can stars helper know in game what 175% pot bet is if it's not scraping the screen in some way?

It would be really easy for OP to figure out if it was SH, don't you think? Turn off the seating script, turn off TN and PT4 and see if it's still there. But he knows it's not SH so he doesn't do that. Why you defending him here like tht? You his older brother?
Maybe it is the illegal hand converter that everyone on PP midstakes is using and he had it on while playing stars?!
