How do you know they haven't screamed at party to fix it? How do you know what they have and haven't done behind the scenes? You don't, you're guessing and trying to pass your ****ty uneducated opinion off as fact. You know nothing.

You have absolutely no idea what he's doing behind closed doors and absolutely no idea how a business works.
Cmon ffs, do you really think some new young player has even heard of Mike Sexton or Fedor Whatever? They are doing nothing to bring new players and they are doing nothing to help existing players. Poker liquidity is shrinking quickly. They better get their heads out of their asses and start listening to the existing players or they will lose them too. A ****** could run their business better than they are currently running it.

Right, so all of a sudden you understand how to run a multi-billion dollar publicly traded company better than the current administration? And what are your qualifications? You're a "daily low stakes MTT grinder" but happen to understand the nuances of corporate strategy better than high paid executives. Got it.

Like I said twice already, there are more benefits to sponsored pros than just bringing in new players. Mike Sexton is the chairman of the freakin' company so he's obviously working more on the back end business side. Fedor is considered one of the best players today so his endorsement brings legitimacy to the site.

Is it really that difficult to understand this?

Don't play on Party if you want to withdraw to a bank account anytime soon. Here's my support chat log from this evening:

You [‎7‎:‎05‎:‎01‎ ‎PM]
hi

You [‎7‎:‎06‎:‎33‎ ‎PM]
I made a withdrawal request on the 10th Nov...got an email saying approved and should take 2-4 days on the 13th....it's still not arrived and I just checked the status in the client and it's saying 'in process' Payment confirmation ID was XXXXXX...the withdrawal ID is XXXXXXX

Plamen [‎7‎:‎07‎:‎07‎ ‎PM]
Please give me a moment while I look into this for you.

Plamen [‎7‎:‎10‎:‎03‎ ‎PM]
Our respective team is working on resolving the issue, Sir

Plamen [‎7‎:‎10‎:‎11‎ ‎PM]
We apologize for the inconvenience

You [‎7‎:‎11‎:‎29‎ ‎PM]
sorry do you mean a different team are looking into this right now and youll have an answer in a few mins?

Plamen [‎7‎:‎12‎:‎35‎ ‎PM]
Unfortunately, no, Sir

Plamen [‎7‎:‎12‎:‎59‎ ‎PM]
There is a slight issue with the fast bank transfer withdrawals and our team is currently working on resolving the matter

Plamen [‎7‎:‎13‎:‎15‎ ‎PM]
I kindly ask you for your patience until our team provides us with an update regarding the matter

You [‎7‎:‎14‎:‎07‎ ‎PM]
What's the issue? It's a bank transfer from one account to another. There is no middle man. Are you not offering any kind of timeframe for resolution?

Plamen [‎7‎:‎14‎:‎59‎ ‎PM]
I am not able to provide you with what the issue is since I do not have access to that kind of information

Plamen [‎7‎:‎15‎:‎59‎ ‎PM]
I am afraid that we are not able to provide you with a definite time frame, Sir

You [‎7‎:‎16‎:‎03‎ ‎PM]
Ok this is pretty appalling service. I requested my money 2 weeks ago, I was told it was done. 2 weeks later I'm told you have no idea when I can have my own money back?

Plamen [‎7‎:‎16‎:‎05‎ ‎PM]
I apologize for the incovenience

Plamen [‎7‎:‎16‎:‎23‎ ‎PM]
Our team is currently reviewing the matter, Sir

Plamen [‎7‎:‎16‎:‎39‎ ‎PM]
I hope that they provide us with an update as soon as possible

You [‎7‎:‎19‎:‎05‎ ‎PM]
This is really poor from a company that has aspirations to be a market leader. I want updates daily from you on the status of this payment. Can you arrange that?

Plamen [‎7‎:‎20‎:‎21‎ ‎PM]
Just a moment

Plamen [‎7‎:‎22‎:‎43‎ ‎PM]
Unfortunately, I am not able to arrange this, Sir

Plamen [‎7‎:‎22‎:‎55‎ ‎PM]
As soon as we have an update, we will inform you regarding the matter

You [‎7‎:‎24‎:‎23‎ ‎PM]
Please stop doing smileys at the end of your sentences. This is shambolic. Are you saying you will contact me directly when the payment process is worked out?

Plamen [‎7‎:‎24‎:‎59‎ ‎PM]
Yes, Sir

Plamen [‎7‎:‎25‎:‎05‎ ‎PM]
You will be contacted via email

Can a Party rep confirm ITT that they do not currently serve UK bank accounts?

I tried it with a UK Party account and UK bank account and got the following in the email..

"As per our withdrawal procedure outlined in our Terms and Conditions, all withdrawals must first be approved by our Internal Review Team (to ensure fairness) before they are processed by our Payments Team. This is why the current status of your request reads pending approval.

This review normally takes up to 3 business days. To view your withdrawal status, please check your account."

To me that would suggest it'll take up to 3 days for them to approve it and then the 2-4 days to clear after it. Looking at the timeline of the post above they should have it by now.

I don't know, they didn't really give me any info. I cashed out a week earlier to the same bank account with no problems.

Still waiting for that big software update which was supposed to come out in August/September. What a load of BS.

When you say bank account do you mean you deposited with a debit card and cashed out to the same card, or did you specifically do a bank transfer? I know they rape pretty hard on debit card withdrawals, but I've done 6 or so in the last few months (to debit card) and they all went through pretty quickly. Also all UK accs on my end.

That chat operator has no idea what they're talking about, obviously. Although, if they're hiring new staff it's at least a positive as the support will get better as their staff has been around for longer.

I can't remember how I deposited as it was a while ago. But I requested a Faster Bank Transfer to a UK bank account. I'd cashed out to that same account a week before without any problem.

I deposited using my card on Monday and withdrew (via my debit card) later that evening.

Money hit my account yesterday.

I've withdrew on Party before without any major issues and I'm with a UK bank. The hidden transaction fee is disgusting though

Got email today saying it's approved and should be 2-4 days and to contact if I don't see it in 10 business days. Doesn't seem to be any issues with UK banks going by that.

Party poker had not paid me a fast bank transfer in Canada for about two months now until they finally cancelled the service. None of support had a clue what was going on and they ended up crediting the monies back into my account 2-3 weeks later requesting a new cashout telling me to verify my bank info (which was obviously correct). I made a thread about this very issue several weeks ago which 2p2 mods propmtly deleted and gave me an infraction for. And support is just as bad as ever. Adding a 5 minute templated auto response to every email is not improved customer support.having support that cannot comprehend anything beyond a template constructed by someone just as inept in a higher position is not doing us any favours either. And we expect these people to protect our games from experienced, sophisticated and motivated cheaters.

No, it was merged with the other thread you had already started about it. The infraction was for starting a second, unneeded thread in addition to derailing other threads with posts about it.

BTW, when you start a thread about an issue, you might want to consider going back and visiting it once in a while rather than posting elsewhere about the same issue - then you'd discover that a rep had offered to look into your concerns 12 days ago:

As a casual player I closed my account there when I saw how much it was.

Solution: Don't withdraw. Easy game.

But seriously, what they are doing is blatant theft. That seems to be the name of the game for poker sites now. Fleece the customer as much as possible, until it all goes belly-up.

Hey does anyone else have an issue with tiling tables? It locks me out/sits me out anytime I click near that specific bar.

Also, why do they pretend to have a hand replayer when it doesn't work?
