This is my first post on the forum, longtime lurker. Fin's story reminds me of my first online experience, though at a much lower level. I started on a freeroll and won 5 bucks. I ran that to 60 and put 20 of it on a 2500 gurantee at prima. Got 3rd and won 400. Next day played same game and got 2nd. NOw I have 1k. Then I go to 1/2 and run it up to 1500. I take the 1500 and sit at 2/5 NL. Run that up to 2500. Then proceed to lose 2000 on one hand when I flopped nut flush holding AsKs, runner runner boat! I cashed it all out.
I had no idea about bankroll management, something I've figured out since then.
His story reminded me of the feeling I had when I had the 2500 and looked to double that up! Great story Fin. You should always listen to the guys that KNOW what they are talking about.

I might hit up a casino today lol.. not sure to go north to Foxwoods or to head down to AC.

I don't live in the area, but for $100 I'll try to persuade finbop to play in your game.

They are crazy. I actually dealed for a bit at one and the way they wanted me to rake was insane.

I ended up going to Foxwoods.

Turned 400 into 3700 playing 2/5 NL. Was a 2/5 game on steroids if I've ever seen one live.

Going down to AC on the 20th.
