Fight at Kings Casino - Poker News - News, Views and Gossip

Kings Casino is one of the only casinos which started mass tournaments again. This has been promoted big in the news.

Today there was a fight between some players:

Have anyone been there and can give any details? To me it seems like, there was no reporting about the incident in the media.

The player who had originally shared a video about this, was deleting it after a few minutes with the following statement:

I deleted the video with the little wrangling in Kings Casino. I deleted it voluntarily !!! Although the first request came from Kings Casino, please delete it. But everyone who knows me knows that I will not be told anything (Kings Casino wanted to do that before. My answer was "No" -> result I was blacklisted). But I personally have to say that I love poker very much. But in public, poker is put in the dirty corner. This video only reinforces it. It always happens where a lot of people meet that some idiots destroy the events with such things.
I personally can say that in the European casino it is rather the exception. I always felt safe in the Kings Casino or in other European casinos. Poker is a sport that we should respect.

Is it true that you can get blacklisted in a casino for something like this?

They basically kick you out for anything they want, and it's written into their terms and conditions. It's a terribly picky private club that invites you to come and give it money.

Leon? I think so. He stiffed Elton for a few mill as well, said he cheated or something....not sure if he paid , but the guy is the most massive whale so people still line up to play him.

Well, for Kings this is a major fight.
I go there every now and then and the worst I've seen is someone shove in their chips in disgust getting busted after a string of bad beats so that it knocked some other players' stacks over...and we had to recreate everyone's stack sizes (which fortunately didn't take long and we didn't even have to go get the camera feed. It being a 100-ish Euro buy-in tournament no none cared if it was off a bit, anyhow)

I agree, looks absolutely comical the way people are pouring out of the room because two guys are fighting 10 rows over. Must've been a French-speaking majority that day

Maybe it's the lens, but do those tables look really small?

Is this the right video though? Supposedly it's a recent event but not a single person is wearing a mask? Every time I thought I was seeing a mask it turned out to be a beard...

Czech Republic dropped the obligation to wear a mask since 1st of July.

Yeah its the correct video, and was one of the reasons to post this. Seems like no one cares about corona and caused by the fight, people even getting closer.

Further I am suprised, that it seems like, that the casino is trying to avoid any further information about the situation.
