High Stakes Online Poker Results
(All sites, All Gametypes, 2007-01-01 to 2009-02-24)

Winners Results Phil Ivey $9.042.919,40
OMGClayAiken $7.974.494,50
trex313 $5.230.318,48
Urindanger $4.911.370,34
David Benyamine $4.089.187,79
Patrik Antonius $3.495.453,96
KaiBuxxe $3.186.717,60
howisitfeellike $2.646.134,30
pr1nnyraid $2.564.158,88
La Key U $2.397.454,34
FinddaGrind $2.341.627,11
Mark Vos $2.127.796,30
durrrr $2.080.220,34

durrrr is down $-2.527.919,70 in PLO in a sample of 259k hands, which is a LOT for nosebleeds.

he is also down $-1.724.999,54 in the HA games over a smaller sample of 36682 hands. We all know most of the action in these HA games is PLO.

so does durrrr really have an edge in these games? being down a combined $4.25 million...

Its also interesting that the true top players (ie biggest winners and Ziig LOL) quote him as one of the best PLO players out there. Maybe massaging the ego of their 'fish'? I guess its entirely possible.........

Ziigy said that durrrr is probably the best at multitabling.

It could also be that durrrr is just down a lot in HU. I know for a fact that he is down around 2 million to Ivey. Just terrible game selection maybe.

Re: February High Stakes Thread

He's downswinging, looking at the stakes he's playing its not really that big. Between 200\400 and 500\1k that's only something like 45 buy in downswing, everyone goes on those kinda all the time, it's just magnified because of how high he's playing. With that said a break is pretty advisable right now, but to be fair he prolly has something like a $12 million bankroll.

Not a fanboy, but a realist. He games selects like an idiot, can't have an edge on everyone.

stats never lie when its over 259k hands, if those stats were someone else at a specific game of poker they would not be even considered top 5 players , people need start realizing the best in nlhe does not mean top 5 in omaha

He's up massive on Holdem, I don't understand why he doesn't just stick to that to protect his wealth. OK busto is probably still a long way off but I'd never forgive myself if I let that sort of cash just slip through my fingers. I'm sure he relishes the challenge though and that's why he's persevering.

this is very true.

this sample size is very very big as well. I mean 300k hands at that level. I believe only David Benyamine and Gus Hansen have that kind of a sample.

Gus has played almost 280k hands of nosebleed PLO since Jan 1st 2007.

He is down $-1.045.732,16 in this period for PLO.

Is Gus really the big fish in these games? I'm sure people who just skim through this thread and don't really follow HSDB will be shocked by these numbers.

btw Gus is also up $2.7 million in around 33k hands of HA. HSDB won't show this because they didn't include around 2 weeks of HA action in which Gus won 3.5 million.

Re: February High Stakes Thread

PLO is like crack for durrrr. O/U on how much he spews today set at 300K.

He needs a 2 week break then stick with Holdem. PLO and NLHE are not the same ******* game. Might as well be playing world class tennis for high stakes or something.

didn't durr win 1.2 in that time frame at HA

who cares if he wins or loses the games become far more boring if he does quit playing, I mean who else can have 1.5MM on the tables and be stuck on the day?

Re: February High Stakes Thread

He's lost a lot at the $500/$1000 tables but it's not like he consistently loses at PLO

Most of this profit was at $200/$400 and below http://www.highstakesdb.com/forum/re...ite&GameType=2

It's just a combination of running bad and playing some of the best PLO players in the world.

Is there another explaination that I'm missing?
JohnnyPav was under HarrisMP's brothers info for rakeback. FTP found out recently (probably because of the recent 500/1k short stacking) and closed JohnnyPav and transferred the funds to HarrisMP.

Durr said in the magazine "Pokerplayer" (UK mag mainly irrc) that if he lost 8mil in the challenges he would have to pay out, so roughly 9.5mil roll 3 weeksish ago.

Re: February High Stakes Thread

No just pointing out a 40 or 50 buyin downswing is a lot less than his biggest upswing. I think Ivey probably is a favourite over him one tabling heads up but that doesn't mean he's not one of the best plo players in the world.
