I don't have access to outlets in peasant class.

I am always wondering one thing.
Why are players always sitting short in these 5/1k games? I mean people like Urindanger or durrr should be rolled for it I imagine, yet they don't seem to top up.

Not many have mid 7 figure bankrolls to handle the variance. If you are full stacked and everyone else is shortstacked you are at a disadvantage.

Wtf are you talking about.

Cause they ruin the game

Cause it's still profitable

Oh, and the notion "effective stacks"
02-12-2009 , 09:38 AM
Too busto to afford a veyron or a proper tram obv.
Shorties have no advantage whatsoever when the effective stack size is like 30 to 10bb.

If you cover everyone at the table you cant double up.

which means to make a lot of money you have to make the best hand more often whereas short stacking its easier to get in with someone calling light

What are you talking about???

If everyone has <30bb, durrrr has effectively <30bb, wether he sits with 30bb, 100bb or 1000000000000000bb.
02-12-2009 , 09:55 AM
He says that since everyone is so short and getting it in so light, you don't need to make better hands as often to make a lot of money as long you keep getting it lighter and shorter everytime. Or something like that.
