Why does trex request time before calling with the nuts? Then he says how he couldn't believe he was ahead?

You say that as if its essential to playing high stakes poker.

Yeah, I know what a ****ing slowroll is, but having heard the Dang brothers speak they seem like pretty solid respectable dudes who I wouldn't think would do such things while winning big pots.

1. There must be some history between Trex and Gus- a slowroll followed by a taunt is out of character for him AFAIK. Kinda funny though.

2. What a flop for Trex- a straight flush and full house draw.

well regardless of what youd expect, it was obviously a slowroll and asking why someone would time down and write they couldnt believe they had the best hand with the nuts is kinda bad.

You're quoting a post I made over 2 hours ago boss.

Yes, obviously its a slowroll, I'm just shocked that a seemingly classy guy would do something like that after busting someone for $40K and then rub salt in after the fact with the "I can't believe I was ahead" needle. I'm expressing my disbelief that Trex would do that and wondering if there was any history to it.

I don't follow these big games or the threads about them but I assumed blatent slowrolling was not common practice. Its a shame if it is, its a pretty low thing to do.
