With all the BOTS on the OMAHa tables - Not one player - not one on the New Omaha PLO 5 Card tables that ACR just opened and created - from Russian Federation - Belarus or Ukraine.

Great action and all US players at the 5 card Omaha tables.

The BOTs creators will be working on making software for 5 Card Omaha - so now is the time to play BOT free.

and Phil Nagy - cannot hide from this fact - that not one player from Russian Federation - which has multiple players on all the existing PLO Omaha tables - all of a sudden - they have a new Omaha game with 5 cards instead of 4 - and not one player from Russian Federation is playing - Not One.

You checked all the tables? Thats pretty impressive......


Since you've done your homework, could you please provide:

-how many tables total were running
-how many total players
-lists of all countries and the amount of players from each


Those are facts, and easily accounted for if someone actually does the work and wants to actually have data and facts.

Just to be fair (it's not peak hours), but there's lass than 100 players sitting at all of the 5 card games combined. And that doesn't account for multi tabling.


Lets say its 300 at peak, or even 500. We are going to call something a "fact" on a sample size of a couple hundred players?

the plo games have been like this some time now. the introduction of plo 5 will help curb this problem, although it will still exist until something is done about these bots / rta things

Late answer, but it's rare to see pure bots these days. What people usually means are hybrids, like a person is actually behind the computer.

Someone has to program the bots after all.

There's been at least 20 bot accounts playing 200 blitz for the past couple of years, support does nothing to help.

I posted about no bots on the 5 card omaha because i was trying to help other players find fair games - but - as in the old days - of two plus two - the first reply is semi passive aggressive / (snarky) post about trying to attack my statement.

I appreciate facts - but us veterans of the forum speak about facts without have to say "facts" - we are not the generation of Tide Pod Challenges.

That's how forums work. You post, you get a response. You can't back it up....you cry and claim to be "old timer" as if no one else here has been on on reading 2+ for 20 years now.

5 and 6 card seem ripe for bot exploitation, or at the very least, sharing hands..

These are the same bot ring with same stats etc that used to crush the games up to high stakes on party poker 8 years ago or so.

They are also active on Italian fenced sites where i play with them for the last 4 years or so. Also play up to high stakes.

They have a bug that was exploited hard by italian players before the ukraine war started and the bots dissapeared for about 1 year.

Say you get 1 of them at a table, 3 other regs just sitout, block the table and 2 players and bot play. Bot gonna open raise, SB flats, BB min3b, bot calls, SB min3b BB min4b and so on until you get the bot allin or have a big pot and go to postflop. Bot gonna call because pot odds and it is impossible to program it not to do this. It also works with bets on flop about the same, bot gonna end up calling all his garbage because pot odds.

You guys should organize on telegram/discord same as italian players did and this is how you will get rid of the bots.

Sounds good until ACR bans you and the regs for collusion even though the player in question is a bot. "Our security team could not confirm that."

ACR is complicit in the botting and does nothing sincere to approach the problem.

I have played players that do odd things. Even Omegle using Captcha and other forms of bot detection(a dumb software can sniff out bot-like actions).... I mean there are ways the sites could use to truly hammer bots if they really want to. WPN will run a bot detection on you if you play hands fast enough I know I ran into it 4 times in a year. Though oddly enough not that many times! I think that should be every 5 minutes! More diverse and more varied to the point where it evolves and the bot devs can't design software fast enough to counter the bot-detectors? What other way will you really truly get rid of a machine lying for someone?

Yes. There are a handful of people who logged significant data on suspected accounts and charted out how their play is nearly identical beyond a reasonable doubt. The threads/info are buried in the ACR threads in the Internet Poker section. I think a_dewd was one person involved, they did submit the information to ACR but I don't know what the end result was. There was a halfassed wave of bot accounts pulled off the site and refunds (capped refunds) issued proportionately to those cheated, but an almost equal number of new accounts playing with identical stats to the accounts deleted appeared a few weeks later.

Basically, the work has been done several times over for ACR but their unofficial but obvious view is "more rake is good games" so the bots just remain.

those methods aren't effective at actually dealing with bots and they are just there to placate you into a sense of safety. if you play online with real money on the table in 2023 I think you're a sucker tbh.
