He did not insult Judge Furman's intelligence like his pal Helly Nahmad did.
His forfeiture was 7 million. His dad's was 20 million. Illya stated his lawyers were 1.7 million.
Justin Smith was wishing he had waited before his plea out. He did it early so he could be in Vegas for summer. He had 3 months house arrest and 2 years
probation and pleaded to 1 felony.
Abe Mosseri got NOTHING. No probation. Nothing. Judge Furman reamed the prosecutor for charging him at all. A small misdemeanor as equivalent as peeing in a
Federal park. The judge even made a joke that he wish Mosseri worked for the government as a Auditor or something because of Mosseri being a math genius and
in the Menses International club.
Mosseri told Ivey his lawyers were 250k
They were all joking with Ivey about how lucky he was not being indicted since he was on the tapes over a thousand times.
So there they are were. Without a care in the world. Playing and betting 50k a game the full card for the day. Excuse me, exchanging not betting.
They do not seem to care about repercussions. They said it comes with the territory.

Of course all tourney players go broke that a given. Two plus two people do not realize the cash played in Bobby's room during the WSOP poker are the same guys that play in big billionaire cash games in NYC,LA,Dallas, and other cities all during the year that have nothing to do with tourneys.
Like, John Hennigan, John Hanson, Abe Mosseri, Yen,Will,Doyle,Billy,....they play few tourneys a year and the wealthiest that never go broke and have 100 million or more just saved.
Daniel is not broke but because he chooses to be Daniel Kardashian and be public so intense of being Daniel the average player thinks differently. Daniel plays in NO cash game at any time. On occasion he will FAKE play in Bobby's room for a hour get his photo and leave. he would never play with any of those guys throughout the year.
People on two plus two are twisted.
