Sounds like he's turned it around with the rehab and the stable wife and kids situation. Booking a WSOP bracelet win to the tune of $600k should help his debt situation, one would hope.

At least according to the information posted ITT, he has IRS liens against him that by themselves are several times his win, not to mention the money he owes people personally.

He was also very likely staked, and had a small percentage of himself in this tourney.

My view on debts is personal, seriously, they need to be paid up before you start making more investments. No one should ever have to beg for their own cash.

I was reading chino ream scum 2 thread a person chino owed money 2 asked him about debt after chinos rescent win and to persons surprise chino paid him. Person then saw eric and told him wasn't doing as well as erick and if erick could pay him on a golf bet Erik owed. Erik told him those where imaginary dollars so he didn't feel he owed him the money good luck to op getting paid on a fantasy football bet if that is eriks mindset on gambling debts.
