But still I mean why would he have no choice... does everyone who cashed get the money minus the buyin directly into their acct...someone please explain with further knowledge in some detail as to why they can't collect cash at casino... and what if it's a US player how easy is it for a US player to withdraw/wire transfer 1million from PS ?

You have to have it deposited in your stars account, they will give you up to 8k in cash and the rest in your account from the pca. I would know i got 7th for 200k
