Probably not, aside from the already linked New Jersey, Nevada, and Delaware online poker markets through
MSIGA.
Even then, I don't believe mixing with ROW player pools is going to happen for at least a few years, perhaps much longer. Countries that are about to begin major 5G network infrastructure changes are mainly isolating into their own ring-fenced borders. You can read more about what Russia and U.S. govt's are currently doing in this regard from the RUNET thread here in NVG.

partypokerUS (separate from partypoker dot-com -- Rob Yong has nothing to do with partypokerUS) would likely link its incoming Nevada market to New Jersey, but the big "shared liquidity" prizes remain Pennsylvania and Michigan.
Both states would need formal approval from regulators before compacting with NJ/NV/DE.
Also there's the ongoing Wire Act interpretation suit which may eventually reach the U.S. Supreme Court. Pennsylvania regulators informed operators to ensure they're in compliance with the new Wire Act opinion and that its iGaming market will be intrastate/ring-fenced as a result. Until there's a clarification/resolution to the federal government's revised opinion, it's highly unlikely that more states will compact aside from the already existing NJ/NV/DE markets.
It will be interesting to see if Michigan regulators (through the yet-to-be-created Michigan Gaming Control Board) form a framework for compacting for when/if the New Hampshire Lottery Commission suit with the DOJ runs its entire course.
