here's what happened. tom was paid around $3M/yr as an ftp red pro. he viewed this sum, along with free tv buyins as play chips for investing purposes. after BF, tom decided his game with Jungle entered a grey area for a game that wouldn't have happened under his prior $3M/yr deal. he would have likely continued playing if it was against someone he had an edge on. ftp said they'd honor a % of the deal to help pay for the durrr challenge, which they reneged on a little before durr made that video with srsly. since then, tom has been stalling.

What? If you lose your job and cant pay rent you cant tell your landlord its your employers fault because they bailed on you. The 3rd party is a independent factor as far as the other participant is concerned. It falls solely on the person that agreed to the bet.

Gambling and paying rent are a terrible comparison here. If me and my friend went in on a bet against one person and my friend died I am not going to pay up my friends end of the bet. You on the other hand would be a very nice guy for doing so!
