Maybe ike should be involved somewhere? Doug, and to a lesser degree Ike have been missing in the streets altogether recently. OTB & basjkorven have been battling everyone including each other and doing very well. Jungle and Sauce are perennial contenders and have been playing a lot recently, even if its not much HUNL. I doubt Doug would accept a challenge from any one of these 5 at this point.

If Polk really wanted, I think he could find a good offer AND make it allign very well with what he's trying to do on youtube.

Not sure if we'll ever see anything like this again though, there has always been little incentive for the bosses to play a HU challenge. It's basically always driven by ego rather than EV. Could've put this in the Donger vs TC thread as well, that was a very classy challenge

That list doesn't seem too far off but what do I know (though I would bet on Jungle vs anyone but OTB)

I'm not saying he is (what I say anywhere about HU cash should be taken with a boulder of salt), but it seems like the whole world agrees he's by far the endboss at 3max+ and he battles HU pretty frequently vs what seems like anyone

so that's what I'm basing my opinion on for now
