Clearly an optimal call given the amount in the pot relative to the bet and that it's the top of her range but considering that 99, KQ, Q9 and random flush draws will pretty much always bet the flop whereas AA, AQ are generally checking (and sometimes KK) its not as if you should be thrilled about calling if you knew he had no bluffs. How often do you see people check the flop with KQ or 99 in his shoes? Of course it's possible, but you almost never see it happen from people who don't suck.
The biggest problem with folding (in this bizarr-o world where you somehow know he's never bluffing) is how much of his range is another AQ where you lose 750k chip by folding, not because there're a large number of value hands that you beat. Also relevant is that when he has AQ, if he checks the flop, it's a lot more likely that he'll bet the turn whereas AA and KK he'll be more inclined to check a second time.
