Educa takes all of this into account and decides a call is +EV, which I guess it was?
Yeah the audio was way too low, and the vid is just him replaying some of his largest pots ever.
That turn Q actually was an excellent hand for a set to shove, since Educa probably has an Ace in his hand. For a pot that size, it actually pays for Trueteller to protect his hand, if he has a set. Trueteller's handrange was AK, QQ, TT, but most likely exactly what he had, a bluff/semi-bluff with JJ. AK was a possibility since a shove on the turn can be both to protect his hand, and to bluff out Aces. In that spot, those are literally the only 4 hands he could possibly have had, to call those bets preflop. JJ is actually the most likely hand, in my opinion, based on the weak bet on the flop, and the super-aggressive shove on the turn. But hey, he's one of the best in the world. He probably thought it was best to put maximum pressure, in that spot, no matter what.
I wonder if Isildur would have called that shove.
