I don't know how close Doug and Fees are (and if you are close, I'd immediately send a message like, dude, you're totally coming off the wrong way here, you should better post something to clarify this). Just pointing out that Doug's explanation and the impression of the image don't fit, in my opinion at least, and everything else (deleting post, no clarification from Fees) doesn't really make it more believable.

I saw the Fees thing on Instagram before it disappeared and my first thought was, wow, what a dick. I mean I wasn't sure about the disabled thing and assumed it was just about kids acting up more than anything, but it's not cool to film people secretly then share it like that and I think the whole sentiment is misguided.

Doug's comments are basically a reassurance like, whoa, it's not THAT bad, but yeah, it's still kinda ****ty.

Posting a picture of kids going nuts and causing a stir at a store and saying don't have kids, is somewhat bad to post but not completely outrageous.

Posting a picture of a kid with cerebral palsy and saying don't have kids because they could end up like this disabled child is a absolutely terrible.

I think the real issue is the secretly taking a picture. If you want to make fun of kids for being annoying (because they are) you can make that joke and it's in fair territory.
