said "Sometimes I just get these feelings." and he looked at me and gave a slight nod as to say "I know exactly what you mean, I get those too."

ROFL. I can vividly imagine this scene and can't help but laugh.

Someone should make an avatar or something of that gay clap to double fist pump DL does when he hits the full house with 5 3. Just watching that part fully confirms his boxness.

I only came across this thread yesterday. Can anyone one confirm if Doug Lee was at the Elbow River last Sat? I was playing at a 4/8 table and there was a noisy table next to us. I think one of the guys (maybe 3 or 4 seat) was DL.

His tweets seem to be pretty harsh towards that joesebok guy.

I doubt it was him but it's possible. He played 30/60 when he was there all the time before his WSOPC win and has a pretty big ego.

Favourite has to be the one regarding him going to the blackjack table with $17k on a $500 max table, changing it all, then getting some $15 chips being the min and betting them for 4 hands.

Hahah golden thread im glad i had read this thread before i had my first encounter with Doug

ok so about 3 months ago im in the bellagio im at a 10-20 table when guess who sits? Doug Lee!

He does the usual runs his mouth about do you know who i am etc, and all of us regs at the table are sitting snickering trying to give away the fact we know he is a huge toolbox!

A few orbits go by and it happens.I look down at Rockets. dealer postion! Doug limps in ep1. I start licking my lips. I juct call to trap and the sb and bb complete.

The flop comes aak. Ship em. doug makes a small bet, i repop up to 1k. Doug gives a massive speech saying he knows i have an ace but he just cant fold and then he goes and shoves all in.

I snap call and say to my buddy on the left (loudly) 'you best go to home depot cos iv just busted a toolbox!' Doug looked mad and walked out!
