Was playing a sattelite at the Deerfoot Poker room in Calgary on Wednesday, and Doug got moved to our table. I was in shock. I was like Holy ****! Thats Doug " toobox" Lee! He busted shortly thereafter. Later in the evening I was playing blackjack and Doug sat down at my table. I addressed him by name, and he asked me if we had played together before. I just laughed and said, " No, I know you from the Internet" . He laughed and said that this thread has actually been good for him, he finds that people donk off chips to him because of the image this thread has giving him. I would like to share a toolbox story, but alas, I cant. He was actually a really nice guy and I enjoyed chatting with him.

FYP... good god, how could you pass this opportunity up?
what was Alaei thinking shoving there with AK? It's obviously a trap (since he had a blocker to AA and KK...lol). Doug Lee set him up like a bowling pin. But why did he snap call? I would think slow rolling would be the best option in this spot....really put the guy on tilt right before he busts.
in 2007 wsop i played like 20 events....................and now 5 years later one man stands alone in my memory.........doug lee..................i actually dont remember many details only just that some idiot two seats behind me was really pissing me off.............was a 1500nl i think..........................like playing every ***** hand and taking forever.............and saying really stupid/annoying ****..................just super annoying and i remember thinking what a huge tool this guy was.....................then it hit me as i started reading this thread and seeing his pictures it was doug lee....................ahhahahahahaha wish i could remember more details now..............
