No firm evidence at all. Over the last few months, there have been several posts from regs or reg posters making vague comments about the existence of software that's designed to help provide in-game GTO calculations.
Anyway, I just realized, there's no reason to ask these questions... software like this is expressly forbidden by online poker room T&Cs... the same T&Cs that prevent the use of bots.
So if a reg had such such software, they'd be in violation of the T&Cs... no way they could ever admit this. So, I'm a maroon for asking the question - it's not something a reg could ever admit to anyway. Duh!
