he didn't convince me of anything, we were staying together in vegas for another couple days after i gave him the cash and i knew he wouldn't be able to get it to me in cash before we left. i just assumed he would pay it back online when he got back home (since we were very good friends at this time i had no reason not to)

after leaving vegas, i talked to him a few times and he kind of shyed away from discussing the debt until he eventually told me he wasn't going to pay me until he felt ready, which is when i rightfully got annoyed. he was holding my money hostage because i had hurt his feelings (basically his claims). obviously i didn't think this was fair so i told him i was going to see what my legal options were (they weren't promising so i didn't try and bring it to court) and when that didn't pan out i decided along with admo that this website would be a good way to at least inform other 2p2 members about the situation to prevent them from getting scammed or stolen from and possibly getting don to want to resolve the issue.
